The US might have better athletes, but nowhere near great soccer players. Some terrible terrible passes.

From the evidence so far. The USA are just not good enough. The better team is winning.

I didn't like the way Donovan hurried over taking that free kick - you've still got thirty minutes left, there's no need to hurry atm. It looks like they've run out of ideas.

They're talking about the ref atm, and he's an electrician by day. They said they wonder if he's this fussy when he's doing his electrician work!

So what year are you expecting to win the world cup using this philosophy? 2036?

2-0 at half, and not looking to get any better.

So far, the US has scored just as many goals as England, but the US won't be scoring any points. (Feels like '98 all over again.)

Anyways, I am looking forward to Patch 2 ... I hope the AI gets addressed and the PbP gets improved. I think the XML & token system is going to be great, but it just doesn't sound as smooth as the PbP from previous versions, yet. I won't give the text team the "dreaded vote of confidence" because I actually believe they'll make this thing shine.

Well Pele thought an African side would win the WC by 2000 didn't he?
So I'm going for by 2010 for the USA.

I just wish we could get some of our best athletes to play the game. Imagine Reggie Bush as a soccer player with his amazing speed quickness and cutting ability
