CD, Thank you for all the trouble you went to fix Hillsboro the way I wanted... I loaded the jerseys into the game, but the team names did not show up well on the games screens.

You could not see the streaks through the lettering... fine details like that apparently don't show up well... and the contrast was poor, too... the Blazers Jersey with the Red lettering needs to be trimmed in Black... that would make it show up better.

Thanks for trying to help me... much appreciate it.

My current jerseys show up much, much better.
I will continue to use them.

This Hillsboro Blazers set is probably as done as I can make it, unless I add more alternates at some point, with or without the textures/layers I mentioned that I thought might look good with them, at the present time. If you want to see what others think of its uniforms and caps, and see if they can make logos to go well with them, by all means, go ahead. If you want to say who made them, go ahead, as well, but do so very carefully and all, please, EC.

I might suggest a few ideas for the logo or logos worth considering, as well. How about a logo that combines the H and the B, as follows, for example? Take an H, and combine the top half of the B with the lower right part of the H, with the stroke that forms the top part of the B continuing on to create the middle bar of the H. Or put the letters H and/or B on balls of flame that are contrasting with the front of the cap, at least, in appropriate colors, of course. One cap could have a H, one a B, and one could have an H and B together like already described, perhaps, I think. Just a few thoughts you might consider here along with others, you know, EC. CD out.

The new font improved the contrast on the last revised edition of the Hillsboro Blazers... I think they will show up much better on the game screen... centering the team name in the button gap improved it... in my opinion you should never place the team name over buttons.

CD, do not do anymore versions of the Hillsboro Blazers for me... you have done a fine job on them... nothing else needs to be done.... actually, I am very well satisfied with knuckler's version and never intended to update the Hillsboro Blazers... I only want to update teams that need improved graphics... at most, maybe half of the 64 teams in the IPA.

As you know, I am very picky and hard-to-please... I never want to combine the town name "H" with the team nickname "B"... I much prefer the town name on both home and away caps.

Before I post your work on the Graphics Forum, I will post here what I would like to post, so you can approve.
It will be well-stated and not offensive to anyone.
It will just show how much your graphics have improved as demonstrated by your work on the Hillsboro Blazers.

If you want to continue to work on the Hillsboro Blazers for YOUR OWN USE, that is is fine... but don't do it for me... as I told you I am very happy with knuckler's Hillsboro Blazers and am not likely to change them.

You did very well, CD... in my opinion, they look very good... the font and the swoosh are very good... the contrast is excellent... the team name and the team nickname show up very well on the game screens.

Even the "H" with the lines prior to the "H" shows up on the screen this time.

Your jerseys and caps for the Hillsboro Blazers would be used by most people... nothing wrong with them... they are very well done.

After the last revisions, I think I will keep them in my IPA Jersey and Cap folders... just might swap them in for my current ones, very well done by one of the all-time best logo, jersey and cap designer, knuckler.

Well done, CD... you can make very good jerseys and caps if you use traditional colors and traditional styles... but I don't think many people would use your choice of colors and styles... they are just too different for most of us.

Well, then, let's see what they think, if you like. While the ultimate decisions are yours, of course, to make, let's just see what they think, when they compare my looks to the looks that knuckler did a while back for you. If nothing else, perhaps my uniforms and caps could be used as alternates at times, much like The Game does in his primary, if not only, dynasty at present, for various teams. The logo or logos you use for them now is, or are, good, and you may definitely have great sentimental feelings about it or them, for obvious reasons. But it might not hurt to have a few more alternate options to consider for them, even though you and I both are quite picky about certain things at times, of course. You don't have to change your ultimate preference(s) for the logo(s) in question, obviously, but having options to consider isn't necessarily a bad idea, isn't it, for various teams?

I just installed them in the game so you can see what they look like.

"Beauty is in the eye of the beholder"... but yours show up better in the game for one reason... you can see all of the lettering... in knuckler's the lettering is partially cut off.

I will use your Hillsboro Blazers next year in the IPA.

If you rework the FAIRFAX FROGS for me, please use my colors.

Only use BLUE, GREEN AND WHITE colors like rocknfire7 did.

Make the HOME Jersey White... no stripes.

Make the AWAY Jersey Light Gray... no stripes

Just use an "F" on the Home and Away Caps.

Just come as close to the colors as you can.

Here are two Frog Images.

Just use them on the sleeve... not on the caps... just use Letter F on caps.

Your choice font... just use a traditional sports font.

For the Frogs, I was thinking of an idea for a logo similar to the Kilroy was Here look. Perhaps the frog's eyes could be over a bush, with the visible feet where the hands would be with that kind of image. Or even a fence, come to think of it.
