I don't have a blank template. There are so many variations already existing in my 1901-2004 Uniforms Logos file so when I want to make a new one I simply find an existing one with enough similarities then modify from there. For my purposes, that's faster than duplicating lots of very similar features onto a blank template (whose detail would only be lost in the small size of the logo anyway).
