Ok so at least some good news is that I've been able to work in a lot of the requests here into what will be the first patch after launch.
So that includes, among other things
- New option in the settings to allow for trade forcing
- Stats can now be tracked up to very high which includes batter/pitcher matchups
- To go with the new stats, there are new screens for pitching/hitting splits, batting vs. pitcher stats, and pitcher opponent batting stats
- I've moved the pitch mode to the top of the game options list
- There's now an offer all minor league FAs contract extensions in the action menu on Front Office > Players screen

These items won't be out on launch since I don't want to touch that build as it sits for approval, but I'll probably get the first patch out pretty quick after launch. Plus I'm sure there will be some other issues to fix as they arise

I looked into this, but the issue is that without an ESC key on a mobile device, I get stuck in the game (unless I put the app to the background). I think I want to do this for Go eventually, but I've gotta figure out a way to allow the user to stop the auto-play easily. It's a bit more difficult than I was expecting so it won't be something in the first few patches

Can't wait for this to come out!! Played every year since it showed up in iOS years ago. Wondering if the alternative uniforms have been fixed for the apple version? I have played through seasons and visiting uniforms are always grey and home are always white. Thanks!

Will the Go 27 app be made available in European app stores? My Swedish App Store don’t show OOTP Go 26 but I’d love to get my hands on the new 27 version when it drops.

A season I starded 5-6 years ago, I played 20+ continuing seasons controlling ever game. It may have been longer or a shorter but it was before PT started. Some of the best times playing games OOTP. I would go back and forth. If I'm not sure but I dont think finished with the same team mates I started with

I can't speak to whether or not it will be available to you, I can tell you in preparation for 27 to drop, 26 has been removed from the app store

Reddit says developer approval has slowed to a crawl the last few months, due to A.i. making it easier than ever for amateur "vibe coders" to flood the appstore with lazy rubbish.

Anyway, thankful for all the great work and dedication!!

Every game? That's not easy to do. I can't even do this in the playoffs. Were there some quick innings?

Unfortunately no good update today. The app really should have been reviewed by now, so I've contacted the Apple Developer Support directly with an urgent request to look at the app. The website says they are supposed to respond within 2 days (not sure if I believe that...). If I don't hear back tomorrow night, I will probably remove the build, resubmit and fill out an expedited review form. The expedited reviews are supposed to be extremely fast (like within hours), but only if they determine your request is valid. That's the reason I'm trying everything else possible before doing this option because if they deem our request to expedite not valid, we're basically just restarting the waiting time for review.

Yeah I've been doing a lot of research online to figure out the most efficient way to navigate this process, and it seems like a lot of other developers are running into these super long wait times recently. While I feel bad for the Apple reviewers who are probably flooded with AI apps, Apple really should have something in place to prevent it, or at least hire more reviewers. There used to be a way to request a phone call with Apple Developer Support, I remember doing that once years ago, but it looks like they've removed that option

I play out every game too in one pitch mode. In game management is the part I like the best. I think it goes back to me playing All Star baseball (with the spinner and player disks) followed by APBA. I have single games I remember for amazing comeback wins or a heartbreaking loss. I don’t think those games would stick with me if I simmed all or part of it.
