Due to the teams having a small number of players in this league, I decided to do a free agent draft with new players rather than an expansion draft where the new teams pirate players from the existing ones.

Despite being drafted by the Mystic Sailors, Harlond Clift, Sun Ra, and Gael Little all decided to not sign with the club and became free agents. Clift just signed with the Dalton Freaks.

C.B. Burns will almost certainly not be showing up for spring training this year after he fell down a flight of stairs and hurt himself.

Well we signed a number of seemingly good international ballplayers who can hopefully help us win a championship. We'll have to see how things go but I have a good feeling about some of them. Also.... apparently our scouts have...... team jets...... in 1838??????!

In total we got 2 guys from Germany, a guy from Tajikistan, and a guy from Nigeria.
