Uploaded are the end of the season stats for the team and the league.
Entering into the playoffs, the Blues are the owners of the Presidents Cup. Interviews with the media was had in preparation of the Cup playoffs. Anze Kopitar: "We're incredibly proud of our team's accomplishments this season. Finishing at the top of the league is a testament to the hard work and dedication of every player and staff member. That said, our journey doesn't end here. The playoffs are a whole new challenge, and we're prepared to give it our all to bring another championship home. We're excited to face whatever comes our way and continue to make our fans proud. Our team came together this season. The depth this organization has put together really helped us in the long run. We experienced some injuries, but everyone did a great job coming together." Coach Zack Meyer said "We're incredible proud of these guys. Year after year they have come in and busted their butts, knowing what it takes, and still come out and compete their bags off. As a coach and GM, I couldn't be prouder of what they have accomplished. Each and every guy knows that the start of the playoffs is when it really counts though. We have a very tough opponent next in Winnipeg. Have you seen that roster? They gave us a playoff like game each and every single time we played them this season." |

The St. Louis Blues have rocked the NHL world by winning their third consecutive Stanley Cup in a row.
"This is something truly remarkable. Something that is going to go down in history that can be told of franchises on one single hand. " GM / Coach Meyer had to say in the post game conference. "Each and every single one of these guys have battled so much. Battled through adversity, injuries, and never once put their pride before the other players on the team. I can't begin to express how happy I am and proud of them for making me one of these great GMs and coaches." |
