Max pretty much called it a clown show, and for once I actually agree with him. Also, I've had enough of that huge glowing eyesore of wasted money. In a world where veterans are starving on the street and nobody can get healthcare, we have a giant 2-billion-dollar ball of light. And they have to show it every 2 minutes, as if we actually care. JFC...

knew it was gonna be bad but its shocking how bad this race is for the health of the city, vegas is pretty empty GP weekend, very tourist unfriendly. feels like a bit of a death knell for f1 in the states if this continues next year at $1k+ a ticket lol

It actively bothers me that in a huge *** country like the US, that has double-digit awesome race tracks out in the green, and gets shoved three F1 dates up its *** as well (and I don't believe yet that this is where it stops), they come up with two complete abortions of a circuit that are simply terrible, and then that Texas thing that I would not rank in the double-digit awesome race tracks above.

Also, yes, what is that ******* globe, actually? Burn that bloody thing with fire.

Not so bold prediction for Q: at least one red flag. And probably more.

Tried to do all of Q1 on one set of reds even when it was apparent that they were not gaining any ground anymore.

love COTA, it's made for more interesting racing that some classic tracks like Spa recently to be honest.... but yeah unfortunately destination races like vegas and miami aren't going to leave the calendar anytime soon. i remember an item going around that f1 was trying to make a street race in Bogota happen not too long ago. definitely would love to see road america or mid ohio get some love though

I don't mind COTA. It's grown on me a bit. That twisty first sector is tops. But yeah, Miami and Vegas are not it. I'd love to see F1 try Road America.

Which wouldn't even be a terrible idea in general. Vegas seems to me like a hot contender for "********* Place on Earth". Like the first one the visitors from Omega Tauri VII would zap with their neutron disruptors to fix the bloody planet.
