Opera is a browser program that allows you to automatically refresh the page every second. If you want it, just do a Google search for it and download it for free.

I can't type the code how it's supposed to be because then it will show up as an actual link.

See, I'm thinking that they'll notice that Gload shouldn't really be that high. And then they'll investigate it, which could a) give 400 some good publicity, or b) they might be mad about us giving him artificial hits. I really don't think they would be mad about it, but you never know.
