edit: You know, it's weird. Right around trade deadline time the game was running super slow, taking forever to sim to the next day and taking forever to auto-save. But now that the deadline has come and gone, the game is back to normal.

Trading AI is very processer-power consuming. And it is most active shortly before the deadline.

Make sure you post in the bugs report thread in the tech support forum and please upload your league files, see instruction in the first post over there.

Also, I suggest rebooting the system after installing the patch...

The 15.4.19 patch should be extremely stable, we fixed plenty of issues and testing went very very smooth.

if you already have a game started . will the update change the team nicknames if your using real nicknames. I'm using my leagues imported from ootp 14.

No. The update does not change things in existing leagues such as team names, logos, uniforms, etc. The only aspect that was changed a couple of patches ago was the removal of real team names which would automatically appear when creating MLB-style leagues.

And even then . . . (Somebody else finish my sentence, please. I'm not getting myself into trouble!

Yes, you'll be fine. I just updated my game and I did not lose anything "real" in my historical MLB league.

Not sure what you think you fixed with am touchpad, but mine used to work and now with the update it does not. I can no longer use the touchpad to scroll- it bounces around. The game went from great o barely playable. Please fix before you go out of town!!!

Edit: I see you already answered this. I hopeful gets fixed sooner rather than later. Not being able to scroll normally really ruins the experience.

The issue still exists for Mac users until a fix/patch is released. Its just a minor aggravation; you just have to use the scroll bar for now

Try updating your grphic cards drivers. If that does not help, please file a support ticket here: support.ootpdevelopments.com ...

I'm used to it going slower around deadline time, but it seemed to be unusually slower this time. Hopefully it was a one time thing.

It is sorta frustrating to download an update and have your game start crashing on you when it never happened before. This is now my 2nd "OOTP has stopped working" since the update and I haven't played that much because of this.

It's not a repeatable crash that's happening on the same date, so I don't know if sending any files would do any good. It just randomly crashes when simming to the next day, on random dates.

Hopefully this is fixed soon, as reading a few people's experiences it seems last version was more stable.

edit: I'm also using Windows 7 (like some of the other reported crashes). Just happened again...

For me at least, the game got even more laggy (I didn't think that could be possible) with this update.
