Month of July Record 9-17
Overall Record 41-56

Can you say luck went south of the border. Everything went wrong. Weak pitching and weak hitting. Walter Johnson is 14-13 for the season. He went 2-5 in July. The Bambino hit .341 in July to lower his season to .377 and 23 HRs. Joe Jackson has been consistent all season at .360. Oh well there is next month.

Record for April 8-10 4 games behind Boston.

Looks like Boston is one to watch in the American League. 1-4 in the first series of meetings between our two clubs. 5 Players are on the DL.
Babe Ruth was off to a good start for the season. The Bambino won the award Batter of the Moth for April. Ruth hit .368 with 7 home runs and 18 RBI. It will be a race to see which person, Ty Cobb or Eddie Collins will hit the most this season. Eddie has a 100 hit lead over Ty Cobb.

Record 13-18 Overall 21-28

It looked like the team to beat was Boston. But things do not go as planned. The Senators swept past the Red Sox at the beginning of May and both teams went downhill. Boston has recovered and is in 2nd place 3 games behind Philadelphia. Meanwhile, Washington was swept by the current last place team, the White Sox and Philadelphia. Walter John is back in the rotation with a 0-2 record and 6.23 era. Babe Ruth only hit .314 in May with 8 home runs one of which was a grand slam. Eddie Collins is currently 111 hits ahead of Ty Cobb.
