Great start to the season. With some luck we should be able to lose about 14-1.

45-1 Skankees

What an embarassing performance by the Chokeland Pathetics.

Bradley really didn't need to dive, but it was a great catch by Kotsay and a very nice try by Payton to end that inning. Kotsay definately robbed Bernie.

W00t, Benedict Giambass got plunked. Watching the A's get whooped was WELL worth watching that. If I was there I'd be hucking empty Thunderbird bottles and used batteries at his wanna be pregnant ass.

This is going to end up a plunk fest. Oaktown Crips are going to have to represent here in a minute. It's about to get really ugly (for the Skanks fans in the stands).

Tough start to the season for the A's last night.

It wasn't looking too good, then when A-Rod came to the plate with the bases loaded, I knew I could safely go to bed.

I knew that Macha wouldn't bring in Sarloos (yes, the ground ball RIGHT HANDED pitcher) until Zito had been dealt the death blow by A-Rod.

Maybe it's just me, but why do you even bother switching out pitchers like he did last night? Zito to Sarloos to Halsey to WitasUCK to Calero? Good job, dirtbag. Way to blow through 5 pitchers in a complete suckfest blowout. I fail to see any reason at all why FIVE pitchers should be used up when the game is as out of reach as last night.

But hey, at least he let them all pitch JUST ENOUGH so that they won't be available today. Sweet move, Cacha.

*sigh* It's just one game. It's just one game. It's just one game.

Let's look at the bright side, at least Jason Kendall threw someone out last night

Hopefully things with Crosby aren't serious:

I'll second that. It looked pretty nasty last night as he got his glove between the base and Cano's spikes. It looked like Cano's full weight went on his glove hand for a second or two.

Have we lost an infielder yet for a long period of time this year?

If not, Crosby is out 2-3 months.

We seem to lose an infielder every year, early in the year, for a long period of time. It's like the Curse of Something. The curse won't be reversed until Ricky Henderson plays for Oakland again, maybe in 2009.

One of the few bright spots last night, definitely don't need this

Gotchya. Thought you may have caught the tail end of a report on the radio or something about somebody being out for 2-3 months.

Bradley looked good at the dish and in the field...would be great to have him for an entire season as well.
