19-10 in May, 35-20 .636 5 GB AL East

All in all, not a bad month. We lost a few games that we should have won and considering how many moves have been made of the roster I am not complaining, much. There are some bright points. Tigris, Kool & Majnun each hit 9 HR in May. Considering that Tigris missed most of April, if was rather impressive. Kat is the front runner for MVP and Humbert is in the mix too. Rotation was great at times and terrible at others. Bullpen has been mostly consistent so far.

We have the amateur draft on the 6th. my focus is an MLB ready SP in round 1 then filling out some more rotation spots, middle If with pop, 3b and Cf. Several Ackbar players will be cut on the 7th.

June schedule:
Finish up 2 games vs bad Isotopes team, day off then host a mid tier Bird City for 3 then 1st place Warriors for 3. Go on the road for 4 @ Gotham City, 3 @ Smoke, day off then 3 @ 1st place Caps. day off then 6 vs Power & Firebirds, both should be easy series then finish the month with 3 vs Sharks. expecting them to be better by then.

Hoping for 16-11.

Acquired SP Ashley Wright, RP Alfredo Gomez & RP Kevin Knowles this month. Wright is a veteran and should be better then Henderson has been so far. Knowles & Gomez give me 2 good LHP to go along with LHP Nikolo. So far, while the rotation has struggled at times, the top 3 are good overall. Murdick will be given 2 more starts. If he pitches well then he will stay up. if not then Henderson will come back. I could also put Apela back into the rotation. Very few complaints about the pen. Rooster, Nunez, Ortiz, Apela & Sanchez have all been great.

Very happy with my offense. Kat, Humbert, Kendrick, Tugger, Trzashias, Juan are all doing great. Sherman has been doing great since taking over for injured Vern Foster. After i traded Benz to the Angels, it left a void at backup SS. Ruiz, who is having a good season is not a good backup SS.He lacks the arm so i acquired Ss Jacob Kidwell for Lf Andy Kennett. since I acquired Kennett, I never really used him properly. He needs regular ABs & IP. Kidwell won the EL GG at SS last season but will struggle at times as a hitter. So far Jordon Savage has done great as a platoon Rf/1b. He starts at 1b vs LHP since Humbert is hitting .129 vs LHP and will play at times in RF vs RHP. Almost every player can back up at another position. Only players who don't are my Catchers.

Kat led the Offense in WAR and was named AL BOTM.
Nokleby led the Pitching in WAR and is in the mix for AL Screwball.

Defense is good but some spots are struggling. Kendrick has not done well throwing out runners but only 1 SP, Wright can hold anyone.Henderson also can. Humbert hits better at 1b vs DH so I can deal with the bad D there, for now. None of my 2b have done well but since all 3 can hot, i will concede the bad D there. Kat is a GG caliber. Tugger has regressed a bit from last season at SS. Collier has as well.Tigris makes hard plays look easy and routine plays look hard. Nick T has been solid in Rf.

We have done great for attendance this season.

Middleton is playing well, al always. Some good players that will come up before September and be on the team next season.

New Chicago is struggling but there are some good players here.

Mobile is struggling also but Walker has been great since getting promoted and several draft picks will be here next week.

Ackbar typically struggles but the players must learn the fundamentals and whats expected of them so they can be Greeaat Tigers. several players will be cut on Monday, around 8 players.

The Falcons have a great offense but with bad Pitching & Defense. Bone, Tonka, Rio, Jackson, Holden & Wisnewski are all solid. fifth anchors the staff these days but is not a strikeout P. MGR Raffy Rodriguez is a great MGR and will get the most out of his players.
