For team controls in terms of Farm Teams what are you guys controlling?

I have my 2 farm teams set to have Lineups, Roster Moves, Transactions, and Training controlled by me. Ive noticed the AI dropping good players, not starting, or training prospects I want to develop. Problem is all moves still happen through the NHL organization. If I am "controlling" my AHL/ECHL team shouldn't I have the option to sign people to one way minor contracts?

Rights Available simply filters out all the players whose rights (in your league) belong to another team, so as an NHL team you could use it in the way you mentioned, or look at junior players who were passed over in the draft, or minor leaguers who are signed to AHL/ECHL teams, etc.

I use the Shortlist option to scout impeding FA's I am interested in.

You can change the limit to highest it can be or better yet no Roster limit should be an option and also for Minor League League Teams to.

There was a discount at release but not now. Based on the OOTP baseball game, they tend to go on sale during playoffs. So I doubt there will be any sale until then and that's still no guarantee.

Sounds like that might be related to a problem we know of where custom facegen files aren't getting loaded, either. I'll put a note on the end of that bug report to check the regular picture files as well.

Is there anyway to run a custom league, but with real NHL players? I've searched the forums for an answer and can't find anything.

I want to start a six team league, but draft real NHL players from 2010 onward. It only seems to let me use fictional players and I don't know where, or if, it can be changed.

Won't be possible for historical players in this version, but we have looked at a fictional option that starts with actual current NHL teams and players. However, testing turned up a lot of problems with that setup, so we're going to have to do some more work before it makes it into an update.

Say I'm setting up the league and have a LOT of jerseys that I downloaded form here. How can I get the colors to match up with the uniforms or is it all editing?

All editing, no way of changing the team interface colours automatically.

Is it possible to get a contract extension as a gm?

After installing the latest patch I started a game as a gm only with a starting reputation of greenhorn.

I signed a 4 year contract with Nottingham of the EIHL.

In those 4 years the Panthers went 169-28-11 with 4 playoff appearances and 3 championships. I was awarded GMOY once and was offered many jobs in the OHL, QMJHL, WHL and a few in the FHL and MESTIS.My gm score is 386.

I've now played out multiple contracts with each patch for a variety of teams in different leagues but have never been offered an extension. This includes fictional leagues.

What am I doing wrong?

You should definitely be getting extension offers. You're never getting a email from the owner with a response requested, offering you a choice of terms and salaries?
