Could you give me some instructions on how to format/permanently resize a picture so that I can start posting again? This is directed at you because I know that you do a lot of posting in this thread and I have some nice pictures that I would like to add. I am using the Irfanview program. Thanks.

This program works great. It was on the board somewhere. Try it.

http://www.irfanview.com/

Click on Edit and then Create custom crop selection
Adjust frame to fit photo you like - make dimensions equal(200x200)
Click on Edit again and then Crop Selection
Click Image and then Resize/Resample
Change your size to 140 x 140 and hit ok
Then save photo
