15-12 in June, 47-33 .587 1st place AL East +1½


Not a great month for us but we ended with winning 7 of our last 8 games to finish 3 games over for the month. the pitching struggled most of the month but the offense was good overall.


We stay on the road to start July by finishing up @ Highland then 3 @ GC & 3 @ WB. Every divisional game is a battle for 1st place right now. a day off after 16 consecutive games without a day off (not counting the rain out) then 3 at home vs a bad Madison team before the All Star break. 3 games vs GC then another day off. 3 vs PON, 3 vs EC. day off then 3 @ ATS and 1 @ STY.
17-7 is possible.


Clark is banged up right now. If he needs to go on the IL, Apela will replace him. the rest of the rotation struggled at times. Mathewson has an OPPAVG of .270. I am a bit concerned about that. Otani is having a great season, he is our best SP so far. The pen is hot or miss the last few weeks. Terway has done well but struggles in non save situations and he is not the lights out CL he has been in the past. Evans has been doing better as of late but is struggling.

The offense has done well especially both C in the absence of Kendrick, at least offensively. Young & McCovey both hit a ton of HR. Kat, is well Kat and is consistent this season.



Oddly my best hitter vs LHP are 2 lefties in Broadhead & McCovey. Kat owns RHP this season.


Kat led the offense in WAR. Otani had a great month. He gave up 3 of his 4 HR in June though.

Ortiz is the only P with an error so far.
Hogan leads the C in TO% and ZR.
McCovey has yet to commit an error at 1b and his ZR is ok.

Both Perez & Seinfeld have done great at 2b.
Kat & Tugger are GG caliber this season.
Young is better in LF then McCovey but has not done well.
Eidsvag has a bad ZR but Tigris did not do well either and is not ready yet.
Collier seems like he's better then what his ZR shows.


Middleton is battling for 1st place. Tony Henderson has put herself on a track that could see her make the team in September and fight for a rotation spot next season.If i need to make a late July trade, i have 7-8 players that could be part of a major trade.


New Chicago is struggling but Geach, Morrisette, Tiger, Adada & Tarpien all have done well.


Mobile is in 1st. The offense is really good and the pen is solid.


Ackbar is really bad but there are some bright points, especially with some of the draft picks.

Thus far the Batmen own us and if we want to win the AL East, we have to play better vs them.Draco is on his way to win the Screwball award, the way he has pitched so far. Their offense is really good.
