I was going to put it on here but sometimes you get a bit down when you see loads of visits and nobody posting so decided on the blog, thank you for the kind words.

The opposite could also be argued; growing interest in football in America by Americans will lead them to be more interested in overseas teams. Also, the tsunami of media generated revenue is probably also a strong driving force.

I understand. EuroLeague never got many responses (or views to be honest), but then I never wrote anything as good and in-depth as you have on your blog.

Yes that is true, but why are they not interested in investing in MLS clubs? I'm guessing it is because there is no money to be made in owning a team in the league. And that can't be good news in a country where pro leagues have always been balancing a whole host of things to try and first survive, and then grow and sustain.

I think the dynastys on here are hard to crack no matter what you write, imo theres a circle of a few writers who get the views and posts kind of a fanboy thing and some don't get a mention no matter how good their stories are and those are the ones that usually stop writing after a dozen or so pages.

I think they are more interested in profit maximization. Who wouldnt be interested in investing in the EPL with all the new media revenue coming in? Which makes me wonder why the EPL boards are taking such a short-sighted view and sell in the first place.

Plus the Other side of the Tracks I started in the dynasty threads I asked if members wanted to be in the game and didn't get 1 response so hard to involve people when they don't want to be involved.

IMO its always best to do them for the fun of doing them and not worry what the reaction might be. Just because Van Gogh sold maybe one painting during his life doesnt diminish his art. I hope you continue your dynasties.

One other question. Do the blogs get put into a search, or even categories, so they can be found by everyone, or is the only way that people find out is by letting others know about it?

EDIT - I've just seen the search bar at the top.

Why the first Friday in 2010? The World Cup won't be held until June/July.

Warm (for us anyway) and dry. Temperatures in the mid-50s.
