Not to be nitpicky, but you of all people on this forum should know if you want something in particular, like a certain color, you need to provide the specifics or in this case the hex code... Do you know how many different hex codes of gold there are? Google it and see... Provide the code and I will change it...

i asked for gold, you gave me orange. i have no way to find the color code on the Sox jersey. So go with #a3a139. I think that might work.

You asked for nothing specific and that's what you got... See the Gold color chart I used, the first one is the one I chose... See the second color swatch, that's the color your specified a3a139... Who's is closer to being GOLD... Make your own damn uniforms...

Hi Txranger -

Hope you are well! You've made a couple of amazing uniform sets for me over the years and I was wondering if you'd take another crack at one.

This one is completely fictional - a league of 9 teams set along a single train line. The league is called Central Station League.

The teams are located in:
New City
Hilltop
Overdale
Smallburg
Big City
Middleton
Old Town
Townsville
Town Falls

(Basically generic so I have no preconceived history - nicknames will come later)

If you had the time and the interest, I'd love uniforms with a 1940s- 1950s vibe to them, home and away, if possible. Also a league logo as well, something with a retro train as the central image.

I appreciate your consideration and everything you do for the OOTP community!

We all have our bad days... there will be times we need to walk around, saying softer words, with better results...

Have to agree with Jabez on this one. Not sure what has been happening on the forums the past little while, but people making requests are seemingly much more ungrateful than in the past. I can somewhat understand when it is newbies to the forums, but I would expect more from someone with 20,000+ posts. I expect it will become increasingly difficult to find modders wanting to help out with requests if this is the thanks being received.

Thanks to ingrates like "the game", I have a hard time drawing any motivation to share my work. I suggest to all modders out there to start up a Patreon or Subscribe Star service and service people that actually support your work.

That's my plan, the people who appreciate my creations, they can have all the access they want plus I'll be more inclined to do custom work for them.

I hate posting stuff here on the boards now with the thanks button gone and knowing that certain ingrates like "the game" with 20K posts of fluff, never a mod, will use my creations. They'll be damn sure to gripe over a trivial thing you did for them like a color, mind you that it was done for FREE!

Not to mention there are just too many on here who just make excuses not to create anything, then never appreciate the time and scope you put into the creation. It's just want want want.

TXranger was an inspiration to me through his work, and a loafer like the ''game" goes out of his way to crap on him. Shameful. I sure hope you "the game" aren't using any of my work because you'd definitely not be welcome.
