Probably our worst loss this season. Ramos was strong thru 6 but allowed 2 runners and then i brought in Tomkins and he couldn't get anyone out. I left him in, since the offense wasn't doing anything either.

Batmen, Dragons, Ravens/Red Devils lead the AL so far in April.


Rockies, Parrots & Bounty Hunters lead the NL divisions.


Rockies continue their hot start going 8-2 in their last 10.

The offense is still struggling and both the rotation and pen have struggled this week. While Tigris will be great eventually, he is not fully developed as of yet. I don't plan on demoting him anytime soon but he will platoon with Eidsvag for awhile. While Kendrick's most recent injiry is unclear, i decided to put him on the 15 Day IL now so he can get healthy. Also this gives me a chance to get a better look at Hogan & Ramos. Ramos could be a solid backup. Switch hitter with a strong arm, some pop but will hit for low AVG. Hogan has more power but with a below average arm and will also hit for low AVG.


We host the new look Dragons for 3 then finish the month @ the new look Firebirds.

Perez, Tugger, McCovey & Collier all had a good week.

Otani, Ramirez, Nikolo, Nunez & Ortiz all pitched well.


Middleton is in 1st place but primarily because of their pitching.


New Chicago has several future SP in the pen.


Red Tails are. 500 and look fairly good on both sides of the ball.


Ackbar is struggling and they usually will as ur younger, less developed players will be here.


Nenad Boskovic will be back after the Panasonic series.

The Dragons have changed their colors for the 1st time in 14 years since when they were the Boomers. They have a new MGR in Justin Turner. Turner is hoping that he can lead his team to back-to-back playoff appearances. Thus far the AL East & AL West are close races near the top. The Dragons have a team that can win the AL West but CC, BC & HL all could do it this season as well.


The Dragons have a solid rotation & pen. the offense is very goof. The team has a few new faces and they have a good mix of power, speed & AVG. Their defense is above average overall.


Notable new faces:
SP Kerry Zuber is a Sony, PA native who went 6-10 last year with SD & RT.
RP Gianfranco Bermani was a part time CL with CC last year, solid P.
RP Lenny Kraii had an off year with EC last year but is still good, does give up a lot of BB.
RP Teson Mast comes over from HOU, where he had a great season.
RP Tim Muscante comes over from COR. Not a great K/BB rate.
DH Rupert Lloyd hit 29 HR 96 RBI with NYY & GC last season.

Walk off Hit by Collier. I PH Eidsvag for DeGaulle, who drew a BB. i then PH Perez for Hogan who was HBP. Then Collier got a 2 RBI Double.


Mathewson struggled but still hit 10 K. Tiger had a good inning.

McCovey and Young hit back-to-back HR for the 1st time. Nøkleby pitched excellent & Nunez was great also.

We got killed in this game. Otani struggled as did Ortiz. Nikolo & Evans pitched well.

We are 2-1 vs the Firebirds this season.

So far the Firebirds are a .500 team. They have good parts and bad parts to their team. Teixiera, Tipton, Schrijver, Mitchell & Roccourt are doing great on offense. Lopez & Blondell are the only P doing really well.


I am looking forward to getting out of April and away from The Tigers Den. We could do well in this park offensively. Boskovic will return on May 1st.

This was a slugfest. Ramirez, Tomkins & Evans all pitched poorly. Terwey pitched well enough for the Save.
