Im going to take over Brest and see if I can lead them to glory
I used a random nationality generater and it spat out Israeli So my manager is going to be a Israeli native with French citizenship Which makes some logical sense since France has some ties to the area I am also going to load a mad crazy # of western european leagues and south american leagues Last edited by rudel.dietrich; 03-13-2007 at 05:33 PM. |

Umm Bulgaria was the team that officialy finished off French chances of going to the 94 cup France needed only a tie and had a 1-1 game on their hands before a botched defensive play very late in the game led to a Bulgar goal and left the French on their side of the ocean while the tournement went on in North America |

I took Bababuis advice and loaded 56 league from 38 nations
Half of them are viawable only so that should help sim speeds some But im still not totaly sure this game will run at an acceptable speed, I guess I will trust him I mainly just want to be able to browse results and have players loaded, so thus about only of the leagues I selected are playable |

Ok I got my league all set up
Pretty nice looking team but expected to be relegated and behind the curve as fair as reputation, training grounds and youth facilities But I have a bit of cash to work with and I gave my manager a big repuation to start out with Plus he speaks 4 different languages including Arabic which should help draw in good North African players I am really looking forward to this game, France is a very fun place to manage in

Ughhh
Im going to have to restart my game I was looking at some various stuff and the 7.02 database is rife with errors They have David Beckham going to Galaxy club which is some semi-pro team in Aus I think that is a joke on SIs part rather than a oversight, at least I hope they are not the sloppy Several German clubs have weird names now that make little sense and wrong stadium data etc I am going to have to do some clean up and restart my game Sloppy work my SI, I realize they have a ton of data to filter through But some of these errors are for very large clubs and big name players |

Lord Mawhinney should be put in front of a firing squad and shot, the day this happens is the day I quit watching football and go watching rugby every week can't even begin on how this is so stupid. Crackpot idea ? Personally I'd have said crackhead idea.

I did about 5 hours of database editing last night and got everything how I wanted it.

Talking of Liverpool their stadiums been put on hold because the new owners want a bigger stadium, they'd actually started work on it and I can just imagine the conversation at the building site between the workmen. Foreman - "Hey Bert stop digging that hole new owners have changed their mind and want a bigger stadium" Bert - "Bloody Americans always wanting things bigger" |
