Id forgotten what it was like growing up with sisters. I had a couple flashbacks of my own reading this.

I'm hopefull with the FA Cup going back to it's home that it will bring that magical sparkle it once held when you used to wait for your team being drawn out and pray for a home tie against Man Utd, Liverpool or one of the other top teams and end up with an away game against Mansfield or Hereford, like I said before I've never been able to get into the Millenium Stadium finals and always thought they were very flat atmosphere wise.

They've been sucking in the real world as well They are not however sucking in my FM 07 game as after 24 games their 2nd in the Premiership behind Arsenal in the League Cup Final and 4th round of the FA Cup but I've hit an injury crisis but unless the wheels really fall of we should be in Europe next season.

Nice. I switched from the Chicago Fire to Wigan in my 4th season as a manager in FIFA 07. Wigan is ending up being a step back for me. I'm having trouble winning more than one game in a row. I believe im 12th in points in the division or something like that.

Ick. That was pretty horrifying. John Terry went for a diving header off a corner and put his face directly in the path of an Arsenal defender's kick. I think he was unconscious before he hit the ground.

I made a soccer reference at my intramural basketball game today. Some guy was complaining about fouls and I told him that he wouldn't last a minute on the pitch. He looked at me like I was a psycho. I thought it was funny.

If you manage them in FM07 the best way to do it imo is to bring in loan players, I brought in Valero from Madrid and he did a good job for me but also brought in Aliadiere from Arsenal on a season long loan and he's scored 20+ goals in just over 30+ games. With loaning those two players in I was able to bring in 4-5 young players for the future, had a good season so far and just got offered a new contract with a £10,000,000 transfer budget.

Also don't forget to pick up some good scouts and coaches but don't forget to pick up a couple of feeder clubs specially one that doen't play in any of the British leagues that way any work permit players can be sent there.

What a sad world we live in if it comes down to not being able to shake hands, that's right a report in one of todays papers as stated that some referees who officiate in childrens football games have stopped shaking hands with the young players because they are that scared of being reported for sexual abuse to a child.

Oh Lordy Mind you, some refs probably wouldn't want to as I've heard of 12-14 year olds shouting and abusing them like Chelsea, Man U et al.

I despair at the standard of referee nowadays. I know the players don't help, but I'm sure some of these referees aren't given good enough training.
I hate Man U.

but the goalie should always be prepared for that

I hate the rule. It should be got rid of, and if you want to shoot at goal you have to wait for a whistle.
if the kick-taker asks for 10 yards the referee is suposta signal that the kick is on the whistle as he sets up the defense, if they dont ask for the 10 yards they can take it whenever they want...I dont remember what happened in that regard.
