3 fighters that I added for my allsports replay. Each was added to fight a bout that really occurred on the date I presently am at (mid Sep 1947.)
George LaRover - Philadelphia LW who I am surprised is not already rated by someone. He fought a lot of guys who are already in the game including some big names of the era like Sugar Ray Robinson and Bob Montgomery. I found him tough to rate because although he is listed as a LW most of the fighters in the game that he did meet were either WW or MW. Anyway my attempt at rating him is below. On Sep 15 1947 he lost a 10 round decision to Phil Burton at Holyoke, Mass. In my replay bout it was a unanimous decision in 10 for Burton. Next is Bill Burns, an Australian WW who met George Sands on Sep 13, 1947. Burns was 1-4 in his career including a pair of KO losses to Sands. On this date Sands prevailed with a 9th round KO. In my replay Sands ended it in the first round with a TKO victory. Finally Cuban featherweight Oswaldo 'Battling' Soccarras who was 2-7-3 in his career. Soccarras had a loss and a draw with Orlando Zulueta and was 2-2 vs Ciro Morasen including a 10 round loss on points Sept 13, 1947. In my replay Morasen won a majority decision.

Dick Turner
Philadelphia welterweight. Born 1937. Fought from 1959 to 1964. Record: 16-2-0 (10).
There must be a story here. Turner beat Al Styles, Luis Federico Thompson, Percy Manning, and Isaac Logart. Then he lost back-to-back matches to Jose Stable and Stanley Hayward, and apparently retired. Neither loss was a knockout. Was he hurt in the Hayward bout? Did he simply decide that he wasn't going to the top, and so decided to hang them up? At all events, I have rated Turner 8. Turner is the uncle of middleweight Frank (The Animal) Fletcher and lightweight Anthony (Two Guns) Fletcher.

JIMMY "Spider" KELLY LW
Hometown - San Francisco, California, USA 4(2)-7-0 Kelly fought from 1895 to 1901 assembling a record of 2-6-0. He knocked out Sam Bolen in six rounds, lost two bouts to Joe Gans and one to Jack Everhardt. After a seven year lay off, Kelly returned to the ring in 1908 to knockout Jack Smith in two. He won on a DQ over whipping boy Joe Grim and dropped a two round stoppage loss to the aptly named Two-Round Thompson. In all, Kelly was stopped 5 times in just 11 pro bouts.

Turner's mug
You're the man, Sal! Maybe I should just ask you if you've got a picture before I post the ratings for a pug.
