5-2 last week, 7-7 in June, 46-20 1st place AL East 3½ game lead.

We had a solid week overall after struggling badly to start the month. We had a 5 game winning streak then the pitching struggled in the last 2 games vs WB. We go to PAN for 3 & CC for 3 this week.

Berra & Kendrick are off to a slow start. Humbert, Young, Kat, Kournikova & Tarlac all had a good week. Young was named AL POTW.

Johnson, Mathewson, Nøkleby, Evans, Nikolo & cooke all had a good week.

I made the trades for Berra & Kendrick to bring in a Captain in Berra and a better offensive C in Kendrick. Kendrick also has a strong arm.

C Yogi Berra #50 L/R
We acquired Yogi from Council back in 2027 but at the time he was the backup to Cain. AGM Bruno Scott then traded him to Seattle for a SP. Yogi gives us the Captain that we have been lacking since the departure of Bremer & T. Johnson. He is a FA after the season. I do not know if we will bring him back or not. He will platoon with Kendrick.

C Bob Kendrick #53 R/R
"The President" is a good power hitting C with a strong arm. His ability is weak though. I really thought Hoffman would be a .290 10 HR 55 RBI 20 SB C with a GG in her future and that didn't happen. Kendrick is more of a .260 25 HR 70 RBI guy who will compete for a GG. If we dont re-sign Berra he will be our OD starting C with Ramos or Sherman or a veteran as the backup.

IF April Duncan #3 R/R
April is my favorite player from my Willowbrook days. She has some pop and can hit for decent AVG at times. She will backup Wise at 2b, Kat at 3B and can play some SS. She has been injury prone the last 3 seasons.

RP Harris Reed & RP Damian Backhouse have joined the pen at Middleton. Eventually both will be slated to be SP. Sanchez is back from the IL which pushed Trazshias to AA.

Amanda Jenkins is back at AA after being at Ackbar for close to a month.

We are 2-1 vs the Dragons this season.

Normally, over the last 3 seasons, the Dragons don't start playing great until July. This year they had a great May and are having a good June.They have a good mix of power and high AVG. They have decent team speed but don't steal much. The rotation is 3rd best in the AL but the pen is near the bottom.

We are 1-2 vs the Thrantas this season.

Last time we faced the Thrantas they were among the best teams in the AL and while their offense is still top notch their pitching is basically the worst in the AL. The Trantas called up the #1 overall pick SP Hog Ellis and while he is not s atr yet, he will be eventually. Their CL is solid but getting toi him is an issue. rookie 1b Ivan Fernandez is a contender for Al ROTY along with 1b Tonka BC & Rf Dragon Tarlac.
