Not sure if this is the right place for this, but would it be possible to change the highlight color in the editor? When editing in the classic skin, the highlight color is very very close to the background color, to the point that it's impossible to tell when a field is highlighted.

I'm on a Mac. When I enter gameplay, the screen goes black like this. Is there a setting I can toggle?

It seems all I had to do was close and reopen OOTP several times before the black went away and it got back to clear visibility. Gameplay is pretty choppy on my 5-yr old Mac tho.

There are major issues with the batter and pitcher name labels in the game, particularly with players who have long first names. This is especially prevalent in fictional leagues in countries such as Japan, where longer names are commonplace. I also continue to see many issues with overlapping text on team home pages, statistical leaderboards, and elsewhere. Screenshots attached, and sorry that they're a bit blurry, but the forum is resizing them much larger than the original source files.

I'm running OOTP 24 in Windows 10 with a large, wide-screen monitor and the same scaling I used with OOTP 23, and I've never had graphical issues like this before.

The latest version continues to have some text display problems with in-game widgets. Below is one example, which occurs in the Pitch display. Text sometimes is too long to fit into the allocated space.

Given a lot of people playing with a 26-man Active Roster would be running a 14-position player / 12-pitcher squad, has any thought been given to squishing the LINEUPS screen a bit to allow 14 players to show without scrolling on standard font size? Kinda annoying to have to scroll for that one guy and it kills any screenshotting ambitions for this page without going via the far less aesthetically-pleasing open to report route.

Not sure whether this counts as cosmetic or not, but this is a vanilla 2023 quickstart, and every time I enter this screen for the first time in a session (via the "edit lineup" button on the right), the game will coyly show me my Mets' stats for the *Development League*. Once you set it to MLB, it works for the rest of the session.

To piggyback off this one (I have noticed that as well),

In the lineup screen hovering over a player, sometimes the popup will get cut off on the bottom of the screen. It's like the game can't decide if the popup should go above or below the player.

Using the light skin, the text color for the world series winner is always in white and not readable.

Have tried changing the 'text' color in team settings but it has no effect for this text.

The dropdowns in the trade log have not been updated to be compatible with the higher limits on trade size. The tables only show the first 5 players on each side, and overlap with the trade summary text above when it is longer than 3 lines.

I'm running Mac version 24.3.52.

Running on an ultra wide monitor 3440*1440. The weather widget has some overlapping text. Also note with a ballpark with a long name the attendance gets cut off.

There appears to be enough room to slide the ballpark factors down to give the
wind direction and speed enough room.

Not sure much can be done about the attendance and long names conflicting? If it can be great, if not? I get it.

I see the Beloit Sky Carp have already been mentioned but the Sugar Land Space Cowboys (AAA, Astros) have the same issue. Wrong logos, uniforms, etc...

One other thing I noticed is that the Carolina Mudcats (single A, Brewers) have their city abbreviation by default set to MIN when it should probably be CAR.

There might be other minor league teams with incorrect logos/uniforms besides Sugar Land and Beloit I haven't checked them all. Likewise there might be other minor league teams with incorrect city abbreviations other than the Carolina Mudcats. I haven't checked them all yet either.

Why does the opposing team's CF label appear over HP in the full screen mode? It doesn't show if using the widowed mode. I use the full screen mode when playing games. It should also be noted how smeared the crowd is. I don't remember that in OOTP 2023.

I fixed the crowd by change the animation to the highest quality. Seems like it should be set there automatically, so you don't have smeared crowds!
