It was an ugly first inning for Cisneros as he gave up three runs on five singles.
Jim Waldron, T.J. Latham and Joshua Naylor all drove in runs with their hits.
The Walkers scored a pair of runs in the top of the second -- Nick Shaw led off with a homer and Alex Boychuk later connected on an RBI double -- to make it close again.

Naylor drove in a run with a single.
Ron Cox replaced McVey with the bases loaded and one out.
He walked the first batter he faced, Nate Farren, to score Jim Waldron.
David Henderson followed with a single.
With Keith Reiter at the plate, Cox uncorked a wild pitch scoring Kevin Begin to make it 10-2.

Down 3-0, Kansas City tallied five runs in the bottom of the seventh inning off the St. Louis bullpen to pave the way for a 5-3 win at Kauffman Stadium.
The victory gave the Monarchs a sweep of a doubleheader and victories in two of three games in the series.
The River Walkers had gone up 3-0 in the top of the second by tallying three times against KC starting pitcher Tyler Martin.
St. Louis rookie starter Juan Farias shut out the Monarchs for the first six innings, but he opened the seventh by allowing three straight batters to reach -- Gerardo Bernal led off with a single, a Jim Peebles double moved him to third and a walk to Mike Pillsbury loaded the bases -- which led to his exit.
Frank Jimenez took over.
He was not good.
Pinch-hitter Rick Koenig drew a walk to make it 3-1.
Jimenez then committed a balk scoring another run.
A strike out of Juan Ortiz followed.
Chris Willett got the ball with right-handed hitter Sean Sumner coming to the plate.
He hit him with an 0-2 pitch, scoring Pillsbury to tie the game.
Bobby Schied followed that with a single, scoring two to make it 5-3.
Martin worked the first 5.1 innings, allowing three runs on six hits. He struck out five and walked one.
Joseph King finished off the sixth for KC.
