Fired these out this morning. Included an image I found online to aswhat I could find their jerseys to look like in real life and did my best to recreate them. Not 100% accurate, but I hope they will work for you.

Here's a fictional team I threw together today to work on my skills, the skills that are a serious work in progress.
However, these are fun to work on if not somewhat time consuming. And I hope anyone who wants to can get some use out of these.

This is great. Everyone should feel free to post more of these on this thread. I've been slacking getting more up, I have built a new computer and all my jersey files are on the old one. I will get them up as soon as I transfer those files, have a bunch for Alaska, Arkansas, and Arizona. If anyone who's interested adds their creations, that would go a long way to helping add some color to an underserved niche in the game.

I will get these as conveniently put together in a zip as I post these files. This will be an ongoing work in progress. If anyone else is up to the challenge, feel free to post your work here.
As I went back and mastered some jersey making skills, I decided to go ahead and rehash a few teams starting in Alabama. I remade the Cullman and Huntsville teams up to real life looks.

That's great, I'm glad I'm not the only one with this obsession to make a realistic league, even if they are just feeders. I spend more time modding this game than ever playing. Think I may have played a handful of games if that.

So I got completely bogged down today updating some of the previous Alabama teams, staring to get OCD over the realism of these jerseys, going to have to take a look in the mirror and repeat to myself "functionality over fashion". Then I think, it's all in the challenge. I have absolutely no graphic design background, much less understanding of any graphics programs, and to work as the novice I am with tools like gimp and ifranview makes me feel like I'm putting together a puzzle. I get addicted.
But more than anything, I see these guys like TXranger and Robo and the guy from Canada putting together some real work that I freely use, and I think this is the least I can offer to this great community.

Jersey, Logo, Cap-Pretty close overall, but I couldn't quite get the fonts 100% for the on the jersey script. Maybe one I'll try and refine down the road. Overall about 90% accurate

These I'd say are 99% accurate. The jersey script is pretty dialed down. And I really had to expand my skills to get the cap logo to script to white. I like this set a lot.

This was a pretty basic set, but I like how they turned out.
I have to work on other things, so this jersey project will be put on hold for a few days. Anyone else feel free to post your work.

Same here. My uniforms/caps are all very rudimentary but at least better than the generic stuff that comes with it. I've been trying to build a universe for three versions now and only really played through one season.
