Game Crashes

Make sure you have no player info popup open when advancing the action. Leave your mouse off any player labels please when you hit a key to advance / select strategy. The crah report indicates that is the issue.

I thought I had fixed this in build 17.6.46, as I reproduced it and applied a fix, but maybe it does not work on all systems.

Ok, good to know Markus. Thanks. If I remember correctly, the crashes were happening as soon as the play was resolving itself and resetting back to the select strategy phase. I wonder if the crash has to do with the CPU trying to update player stats right after the play.

Just wanted to report that I have had no crashes in 3D view on my Mac after turning off the in-game sound in v. 17.6.46. Seems to me the problem is with the sound.

I'm still getting consistent in-game crashes using the Steam Mac version with patch .46. It always happens in 3D mode when a player popup comes up. I have disabled threads, turned sound off, updated to latest El Capitan version, no dice.

After playing numerous games successfully in 3D view on my Mac (OS 10.10.5) with the sound off, I experienced another crash. The beachball appeared and the game disappeared from the screen. Happened in the ninth inning of a game in between plays.
