I believe it's the way OOTP5 was going to be able to adjust salaries based on era. For example, if you're going for something truly historical, you don't want Ted Williams making $15m in 1942.

I think I've figured it out.. The .400 Software Studios Forum software has now been tested to handle 582 refreshes and SQL connections every second.

It says on the .400 Studios main site that Joe, Steve, and Andreas will be at the Atlanta release party. It also says there will be one or two "special" guests? Could this be Markus and\or a sports star? Could this be the announcement?
