If it works the same as OOTP, yes.

You get a license that allows a certain number of installs. I have OOTP13 working on both my MacBook (primary) and desktop PC.

Hard to say...if SM-league is playable then it is must buy but if there is no SM-league as playabele then it is hard to say. I'll wait reviews

You will be able to make any league playable. The fact that a league isn't playable by default can indicate that it's not researched properly though.
