Make sure you edit the folder to have .lg at the end, guys. It has to have that ending in able to be opened in the game.

Thanks to the guys who helped guys out while I was seeing V for Vendetta (great flick by the way)... you can follow my first link to get a copy of the file, just go there, hit download file, and you're set. I'm not sure how I zipped it up, so you MIGHT have to (I'm pretty sure) go into where you extract the zip file and mess around with it to get it set up right (all the dat files must be in one large folder named "league.lg") ((use whatever name you want in place of league))

Working on the amateur players now, and I'm probably going to try and include the '06 schedule in the next release tomorrow.

As an aside, in the last version of the set I just had to alter the league totals in year one to get a realistic result and then hit recalculate in the next years. I'll be testing the long term functionality of the set and adjusting some things for tomorrow hopefully if need be (well hopefully, if not need be I suppose)

as far as the Mets go... Benson(was traded for Julio & Maine of baltimore), Valent, and Boone(retired) are not on the Mets. And Anderson Hernandez is the starting 2B. Heilman should have enough endurance to be used as a starter. And Bannister is the Mets 5th starter.

EDIT: You are looking at the wrong set, I just double checked mine by re-unzipping it. The Maine and Julio for Benson deal is LONG been put in, Valent is on the Padres I believe, and Boone has been cut. Heilman is the 4th starter, as Bannister will be sent back down, and Woodward is the starting 2B, as I can't make the AI do some of the daft things the Mets do unfortunately.

Cubby, can't get it to work. unzip to my 6.5 game folder and it doesn't show in leagues file when I continue league. What am i doing wrong???

For this zip file, you have to create your own league.lg folder when you extract it. So when it asks you where you want to extract it to, send it to yourootpdirectory/myleague.lg to create the actual folder (which it will do automatically)

I took a quick look at the Red Sox and almost all the moves that he is complaining about seem to be included. I don't know what he is looking at.

The players on the Sox all seem to be there.

I just need to move a couple of players (Hansen, Choi - AAA, Snow - Majors) as well as find Lenny DiNardo (their only lefty in the BP).

Looks good! Thanks for putting this together.

Only thing I noticed wrong immediately was Geoff Jenkins having a poor fielding % in RF. It's listed at .930, I suspect he should be better than that (had 5 errors in his only year in RF last year and I know .930 is the default "blank" rating).

minorleague baseball has listed players at various levels for the teams.

It has plays signed by the clubs themselves which does happen just not often

also the cubs roster isnt correct
