Hmm, I always wait until at least 2-3 patches before buying. Guess I'm exempt, huh?

That's an obscenity directed at me. It is a total violation of the board's rules. It has been brought to the attention of the moderators repeatedly. They have chosen to do nothing about it.

Cry wolf, my ***.

I was wondering exactly the same thing.

Why hasn't this been locked? Ah, well.

Because I'm too lazy for those websites, MD, I didn't look up what a hacker really meant.. Obviously, a hacker is somebody who hacks into a computer system and does things, whether good or bad, mostly bad I assume... so, uh, could you do me a favor? Log into my Universities website and change my failed grades to passing? I would greatly appreciate it, k thanks.

So you had another pointless argument. Hurray.

It's now over. I would congratulate MD for "winning" except nobody wins any of these stupid arguments. One side just loses less than the other.

Will you all please shut up now and move on?

Let's get back on topic guys or this will get moved to OT and then the posts won't count lol.

I am ready for this to come out, and I'm not ashamed to admit that I am somewhat of a geek.

I know, but I am doing it for the purpose that the rest of the people on the boards will realize what an idiot this guy is. Doing research on the internet is just pathetic. What is this guy? 12 years old? I feel like I was arguing with a Junior High girl.

Can't add anything about the definition of "Malleus", but I am pretty sure he spelled "day" wrong....

Dude, are you being serious? I don't think you have enough smilies for me to tell one way or the other what your intentions are. Let me give you a for instance with my post here:

And that's really just the tip of the iceberg for what it takes.

Deleting my post as it has gotten out of control

If I could just delete the post I would. Not sure how this got so off track but nevertheless.

You're such a geek. Or nerd. Or hacker. Or something.

I am still not sold on the difference. It sounds more like an ambulance driver now wanting to be called an EMT.

:sigh: Let me break it down for you, in simple, non-Latin terms, so you may understand.

Geek: one who is geeky.
Nerd: one who is nerdy.
Hacker: one who hacks.

Think you can understand it now?

But Geek=Nerd. They are the same person, the debate is just semantics.

You cannot be a Geek without being a Nerd and vice versa.

Nah, there is a difference. I don't know exactly what it is, and it's mostly semantics since the two share a lot of the same traits, but it'd be like saying there's no difference between the Latin and Italian languages.
