Okay, looking at the Jersey Creator from Justafan, you can, for instance, clear all controls seen for the uniform at the start, so that there are no conflicting colors, et cetera, for the uniform. That will start you off with solid white for the front and back of the uniform and the short sleeves. And some red color temporarily for the sleeves/undershirt and collar colors, on a grayish background.

Under where it would say Front/Back Color for a pulldown menu, you have another line that says the same thing, along with another pulldown. Under that is Shading. There are several options present for that pulldown menu for Shading. Those are None, Shading 1, and Shading 2, with Shading 2 being the darker version of the shading options. Plus in that section, you have two slider-capable areas, if the relevant boxes are checked. Those sliders you can use to specify just how light and/or just how dark you want the colors to appear on the uniform's components, using desired percentages accessible through the sliders just mentioned, as you might see fit.

Under that section in the second column to the right of the uniform's window, you will see Shadows. It too has a pulldown menu, but only with two options. None or Baggy. Note there is also a slider present there, which you can also adjust to your liking, of course, whether or not you put None or Baggy as a choice there.

The next section deals with Textures. Possible options are None, Cotton, Mesh, or Seams. And two sliders are below that pulldown menu. As with the other previously-mentioned sections, you can adjust them to your liking, if you so choose.

Buttons options are None, With Gap 1, With Gap 2, Full Set, Zipper, Colored Full, and Colored Gap. The slider affects how opaque the buttons are, taking the desired/required buttons', et cetera, colors into account, of course.

Under that, you have a check box where you can turn off short sleeves, if you might so choose. between the Textures and Pinstripes sections. I normally don't uncheck that box.

Pinstripe options are None, Thin, Thick, and Bi-Color. Their applied colors will detemine what their appearances will be like. of course.

Eleven options, including None, are present under Piping. A lot of options are available there for potential use. Seven possible option are under Shoulders here. Seven under Side Panels. And three under Miscellaneous. All told, many different possible options, no matter what colors are used to make items for potential future use, as you might then see fit to use for your items. The only thing otherwise limiting you, perhaps, in terms of how you may want the colors to look, where possible, and all, is your imagination, I think.

The first column is obviously self-explanatory, at least for the most part, so I don't think i really need to elaborate more in relation to it. And I know others have told you how to rearrange the various uniform components, so that if you want one element on top of another, you can arrange them as you see fit, just as some people tried to explain sort of like how a certain kind of pasta dish, for example, is often made by people.

Hope all this information is fairly easy for you to understand here, and incorporate into your future graphics attempts, of course. Thank you, CD... these are fine instructions... I can make a decent jersey just using the default settings as far as shadings... I don't like the mesh textures... as far as the other elements, I know how to use them fairly well.

My problem is I don't know how to change the colors on the mascot images... I have to use the same color that is on the original... and I don't have access to fonts... especially sports script fonts.
I just learned how to zip and unzip files, so I now may be able to use some of the fonts from people like low... he has posted several font files, but they are zipped and I never could unzip them.
I may be able to do that now with 7-zip software.

Download the fonts, then once you have them saved where you often keep your fonts, if not always in the same folder as your Windows Fonts folder, go to the necessary folder and right-click. Then go to Extract All .... .

That should cause a pop-up to appear. View the information, and then proceed as desired, and it might help if you have the checkbox checked, so you can view the new folder and its contents once extracted from the zipped folder.

Look for dot ttf or dot otf files, and then select either the .otf or .ttf files, but not files of both types. I'd select the ones that have a .ttf ending, and then right-click on one of them. That should cause another list of optional actions, of course, to appear for you, related to the file or files you just selected for installation, et cetera.

Then you can install them, either for one user or all users who use your computer or linked computers as you see fit. Then they should also show up in your Windows Fonts folder once installed. After they are installed, proceed as usual with whatever you might use them for, no matter what it is. You will also probably want to note the kind of license each font has, on the sites you may download them from. Some fonts are free only for personal use, some can be used for both personal and commercial use, so you will want to make as sure as you can that you follow the terms of the license or licenses in question for any font or fonts you may want to download and all.

As far as changing colors on images, it may require pixel-by-pixel work at times, or not, and you may end up with things that aren't transparent once saved under some name or another. Some new uniforms for a potential team in Vobasalia, a fictional nation I may eventually put into any or all of my games, whether currently-existing or future ones. These uniforms are for a potential team called the Amanthos Darlings, and while I don't yet have much for them at the present time, at least I have these prospective uniforms.

Hope you like them, of course, Eugene. But if you don't, then so be it. I'll probably need to work on their set more, in terms of uniforms and all, obviously. And I have no real ideas yet on what kind or kinds of things their logo(s) should perhaps feature, either. What might you perhaps suggest for them here? Just curious, that's all. CD out.

The colors go very well together on the jerseys... they look very nice... the Home White Jersey is excellent... really well done.

My only suggestion would be to make the contrast better on the Away Jersey... the Amanthos lettering needs to show up better.
Make the jersey color a little lighter shade of Dark Red... somewhere between the Pink color and the Dark Red color... and make the lettering White with a very dark Red trim.
That should greatly improve the color contrasts... this would make the Away Jersey excellent, too.

The Lincoln caps are OK... I'm glad you didn't use Gray on the Caps like you do most of the time... glad you just used the Jersey colors.

There really is no reason for me to offer constructive suggestions on your graphics... you rarely ever take my advice and make any changes I suggest... which is fine... you need to please yourself.

Well, it turns out the shading didn't make it look like I used gray this time. I didn't use gray. And I don't often use gray, or grayish colors, but more whitish colors. However, with shading and/or shadows and/or textures, certain colors can appear to be gray at times, I'm sure. I often try to use the above, which can lead to some rather surprising looks for my items at times, in truth.

I do try generally to stick to my then-preferred colors on the uniforms, whatever those colors may be at a particular time for a team, though. When you do items, you rarely use shading, shadows, and textures, right, Eugene? That's probably one reason your items look considerably different than mine, and all, of course, if so.

I haven't figured out the caps for the Stylish Bards, Cosmic Turtles, and/or the Chroniclers yet, but if I can, I'm sure I will. They'll probably have bi-colored caps, but I'm not exactly sure what colors might look the best given the available logos, if I don't simply use lettering on them, to be sure.

I'm considering a mostly orangeish hat for the Cosmic Turtles, because of the edging on the applicable turtle logo, if I don't use another logo on the cap. but that's not yet totally decided for them. Also not sure if green or blue would be a good background for the logoed turtle to be put on, but I'm still considering all possible options now in my mind for them.

Turns out I'm going to have to write some tragedy into my latest story, given the current needs of it, so as to move the plot forwards for it better. But not quite sure how to do that well enough, just yet. I don't write tragedy well, if at all, but the needs of the story currently in question here will definitely require I do write at least some of it into the story, if not a good deal of it, so that my characters can grow and change in it, for sure.

Here's hoping I can do so at least decently well, without going overboard and all, or not writing it well, so that the story can improve its quality and all, in due time, of course. Please pray that I'm able to find a suitable way to write more of the story as it needs to be written here, Eugene. While I don't like the idea of having to write it, my narrator has had tragic things happen to him and those around him, and life isn't always free of tragedy, you know, right?

I suppose my brother who's Home now has been on my mind a good deal more of late. So that's probably affected things here with my story at least a little, both of late and ever since I began working on this story, come to think of it. Do you think that's quite possible here, by any chance, Eugene? I really miss K.C. a great deal, for sure. I can't wait to see him again, someday, Lord willing, of course.

I tried to take your advice into account for the Darlings, colors-wise. May need to work with them a bit more, of course, but more options are often better, right?

Don't know what colors might be best for a team called the Stikzottee Sweethearts, in the same overall league, but maybe they could be a friendly opposite-subleague rival of sorts to the Amanathos Darlings. Thinking they could be sort of like my idea of the friendly rivalry between Folliston and Willson in the SBC/SRL, in their applicable overall league, and sort of like the real-world rivalry between the Cubs and Cardinals, but not necessarily entirely like those rivalries.

I'll keep thinking, though. Most of the teams for the future Vobasalian Baseball Association's two constituent overall major leagues will likely feature at least some items already present on the forums or which I will likely collect soon if I can. But I don't plan to create such an association or either of those major league setups for the VBA until one or more of my dynasties reaches at least 1921 or is created then or after then, I think. Of course, the location names might not be able to be put on certain logos, for example, but if that is the case, then so be it, as things may be true for them all.

None of my current dynasties, except my Cardinals-related one that started in or around 1931, has yet reached at least 1920, unless, of course, they've started later than then. How long that will remain the case for me still remains to be seen, as a result, for sure.

But at least I've been getting experience at making uniforms and at least a few caps, even if I can't really design good logos at the present time. So there is at least that here, right, Eugene? CD out.

No, just use Blue and Orange... they really looks fine together... they are standard colors that go together well... Green would not go well with those colors.

It would be better if you did not use the phrase, "Hope you like them, but if you don't, then so be it."... that phrase offends me a little bit... and it might offend some people... I don't take offense because I know you don't really mean it in a negative way.

Just use the first part... "Hope you like them" and leave the rest out.

The Canguio Teamsters Jerseys look good... the colors go together well.

Just a suggestion:
Make the White Home Jersey lettering like the Away Jersey lettering... you might have better contrast that way... the team name Teamsters would be easier to read on the game screens.
Use White as the primary color with the Blue and Orange trim.
