Gonna be a good year.

This years White Sox team will be looking to take down the Mighty Mets. With only one true rookie, Citizen Kane on the roster this team should be better then last year. As long as this team stays healthy, which is an issue for now with 2B Jack Johnson & MR Jaime Garcia on the 60 Day DL, this team should easily win the AL West. Fred Jones won the starting OD 3B job over Jeff Bodine. Hopkins is expected to catch more this year. Kane will be a solid #5 moving Jackman to the pen were he was great last year when he did not start. Trapp does not not as sharp this year as he did last year. The Sox are still looking for a short term solution for Jaime Garcia til he comes back. Hector Santiago is not it.

With a balanced schedule we will be playing the AL west 7-9 games, 7 games vs the AL East and 3 games vs each team in the NL.
April looks tough.
Will be interesting to see if the White Sox resign or trade FA to be Sterling Thomas. Doubtful that Trapp or Hopkins will come back.

As with years past I have gotten many White Sox players and other artists into the studio to record the White Sox soundtrack for the 2019 season.
The 2019 theme song is One Life originally by Boyce Avenue sung by Brian Mack.
Brett Bremer & Brian Mack are the only 2 White Sox players that can sing but the Steve's Foster, Laurence & Michaels play guitar & keyboards on several songs.
Brett sings on One Life, Wake Me Up, How I Feel, Men in Black, Don't Stop Believin', & Young Forever.
Brian Mack sings on One Life, Don;t Stop Believin', Load Up The Bases & Thunderstuck.

2 games @ Anaheim. Opening Day. The Angels are not a very good team. Led by RHP Orlando "Zamboni" Lopez, 3B Kaleb Cowart & C Kellin Deglan who is a very good C that we wont be able to run on much. Angels finished 66-96 .407 30 GB 4th in the NL West last year.

Phillies RF Blake Smith will miss 3 weeks.
Wade Giblett is out for 3 months.
Good game by JR Graham.
Zach Wheeler resigns with the Mets. This is good news since Walker will retire after this year.
Miyamoto gets his 300th save.

3 games vs KC. Home Opener. KC is led by 1B Max House, C Bob Bliss & SP Wade Miley. They look better but still ot much better then .500.
Sox signed LHP MR Craig Stranaghan. He played for Rocky Top the last 2 seasons.

Max House went 5 for 5 vs the Sox.
Haigh signs with the Empire. Empire have been extremely quiet this offseason. Haigh is a solid 4th OF.
Millennium Falcons continue to add to their good team.
Jordan could be a decent pickup for Rocky Top, let's see how he deals with the altitude there.
Parrots sign a decent MR.

2-2 so far. Games 1 & 4 were good. 2 & 3 terrible. Pitching is awful right now. Laurence lasted 2.1 IP in the 2nd game vs Anahem. Foster was bad vs KC. Defense has also been really bad, especially on the IF and LF. Still early not overly concerned.

3 games vs A's. A's along with Seattle will be our biggest challenges to winning the West. A's are a great team led by Theo Radcliffe, Jack Parkman, Gallo, Olson, Indiana, David Price, Solis & Doolittle.

The American League of the EL has 2 new teams. The Cloud City Thrantas & the Delgado Lions. (Seattle & Pittsburgh) Endor City could have its best team ever. Glenbard looks the best they have looked in 10 years.

I disagree slightly with the Al predictions. I have the Isotopes winning the west and I dont think Endor City will win 135. I have them at 120 wins. I think Cloud City will be better then what the prediction says.
