Both sides seem to have started thinking about extra time and not wanting to make a mistake. But as a purist, the skill level and the pass-and-move from both sides makes it still a fascinating game.

Who's the ref, sdpm? Had a very good game IMO, let the game flow very well.

Nope that is long gone thankfully (and silver goal as well) - it will be 2 periods of 15 minutes.

If a team leads after the first 15 (both teams could score unlike in golden goal), the game ended, yes.

Game ends as soon as a goal is scored in extra-time. No one liked it, so they reverted to 2 x 15 minute periods. Silver goal was barely tried in most tournaments - if a goal was scored, they'd finish that period, but then stop if no equaliser. Both bad systems. Nothing wrong with full extra time.
