Here's a quick attempt at him as a Cruiser. Probably should be higher, he was (I believe) 26-1-0 as a Cruiser, beat Grant twice. I have not tested this, maybe someone can tweak it to get it right. And mh is right, he flat out sucks as a Heavyweight. I never expected him to do much as a heavy, but who knew the extra weight would be this hard on him. Getting bounced by Sedrick Fields is an embarrasment for someone with his talent.

Excellent work here guys.
Has anyone rated the following, all at middleweight: Michael Nunn, Reggie Johnson, Julio Cesar Green, and Jorge Castro. Keep up the good work, Ian. |

Joe Carter
I can't believe that no one has rated this Rome, N.Y., middleweight. So If somebody already has, please forgive the duplication of efforts.
Born 1921, Carter fought from 1942 till 1947 and compiled a career record of 41-11-4 (6). He beat Wild Bill McDowell, Reuben Shank, Cocoa Kid (twice), Johnny Carter (three times), Coley Welch, Joe Reddick, and Aaron (Tiger) Wade, among others. Lost to Holman Williams (three times), Lloyd Marshall, Charley Burley, and Cocoa Kid (twice). Suffered only one knockout in his career--to Johnny Bassett in his last fight.
