We are 7-5 vs the Sharks this season.

With Middleton's season over, we now have many players from AAA on our roster. I rearranged the pen. Antiga had been my long relief but with him injured i put a few players in that role for now. Ramos moves from my #5 to LR. Nokleby also moves to LR. Morales moves to #5 SP. Club moves from SU ro MR. Jake Tomkins & Farani Nikolo both move to MR. Both relievers should see 15+ IP this month. Both could be here next year.
Out of the hitters that came up, only Mox will see regular PT platooning with Hoffman & D'eath. I will sit starters this series with back to back above.500 series coming up next week.

The Sharks are a good but not great team. Offensively they have struggled despite having several really good hitters in Lincoln, Balto, Tak & Kouki. They have a few soon to be good players in Simmons, Marlin & Hogan. They have a top 15 minor league.
On the pitching side Their pen is 2nd in the AL, their rotation is 11th. Roberts is their ace going forward and Dundon is decent. Veteran Damon Thorley's best days are behind him but is still an innings eater.

With just a few tweaks in players next season they could make a good run at the AL WC.

6-2 thus far in September, 93-43 1st place AL East.

We have played well so far in September and now that the minor leaguers are up, everybody seems pretty relaxed. We have 2+ weeks until we will clinch the AL East.

We see Gotham City for 3 then Pontiac for 4 at home before a day off then a tough stretch of games again.

Rotation was good except for Ramos & Stupec. For now Morales will replace Ramos in the rotation, at least 2 starts. Club has struggled as of late and loses his SU role. Field & Nokleby struggled last week.

Humbert had 2 GS in 1 game the other day. He along with Young, Eidsvag, Scott, Kat, Tugger, Bremer & Johnson all had a good week.

Morales helped us out earlier in the season and he is back up. He will get a few starts in along with Ramos until Walter Johnson comes back. He is a good but not great #5 starter.

Mayers comes to us from the Multiverse. On his version of Earth, he pitches for the Cincinnati Reds in 2021. Apparently there was something of a worldwide pandemic similar to what the Empire unleashed on Coruscant following the recapture of the pant back in 1998.Somehow he appeared on Endor and until we figure out how to return him to his own time, he joins our pen.

RP Farani Nikolo L/L #18
Farani is 1 of our top 2 pitching prospects. a flame throwing Wookie who i would like to see on the OD roster next season. He has plus stuff and should fit in nicely. i am rooning him with Mighty Joe Young on the road.

RP Jake Tomkins R/R #13
Jake is our other great pitching prospect. He is more of a soft thrower but could see a spot with us next season.

C Cat Mox R/R #2
Cat is getting a look see this September. i would like her to be the back up C to Hoffman next year. See has been a career minor leaguer thus far. she has a good arm and has some pop. She will platoon vs RHP with Kai & Hoffman.

1b/2b Juan Cervantes R/R #16
Juan is a minor league FA after the season and is doubtful that he will come back to Middleton next season, so i wanted to give him a shot this September.

Naomi was signed as a minor league FA back at the tail end of 2033. My hope for her was to make the team at some point as a 5th IF. That never happened. she has pop but can not hit for average and struggled to stay healthy. To my knowledge she was the only Japanese born female *** player.

Lf Tim Milton R/R #3
Tim was signed to a long term deal by then GM Bruno Scott after his great IBL season. I have been unable to move him. He has 1 year left on his contract after this year and he could be my 5th OF next season.

CF Theo Fitzsimmons L/L #49
Theo helped us out earlier in the season. he could be my 4th or 5th OF next season. Depends on what Tigger does. Dragon Tarlac will be at ST to compete either for the starting RF position or for the 4th OF spot.

Ackbar has 1 game left and they will be done for the season. Many of these players will move to AA, or are FA.

Dragon Tarlac is our #1 overall prospect. If Tigger becomes a FA, i hope to see him as my OD Rf, If not he will compete to be the 4th OF. He is a corner OF, wehereas Fitz can play all 3. Russell will be the OD Cf as of now.

We are 8-6 vs the Batmen this season.

The Batmen are one of the few teams that scare me going into the offseason. They are one of only a handful of AL teams that has the $$ to spend on top talent. I could easily see them sign 2-3 top players that will have them challenge us in the east next year and they dont need much. They have a talented team. Viruet is now healthy but they lost Sergio Gonzalez for a few weeks.

I have been unable to move him. He has 1 year left on his contract after this year and he could be my 5th OF next season. CF Theo Fitzsimmons L/L #49 Theo helped us out earlier in the season. he could be my 4th or 5th OF next season. Depends on what Tigger does. Dragon Tarlac will be at ST to compete either for the starting RF position or for the 4th OF spot. Ackbar has 1 game left and they will be done for the season. Many of these players will move to AA, or are FA. Dragon Tarlac is our #1 overall prospect. If Tigger becomes a FA, i hope to see him as my OD Rf, If not he will compete to be the 4th OF. He is a corner OF, wehereas Fitz can play all 3. Russell will be the OD Cf as of now. The Batmen are one of the few teams that scare me going into the offseason. They are one of only a handful of AL teams that has the $$ to spend on top talent. I could easily see them sign 2-3 top players that will have them challenge us in the east next year and they dont need much. They have a talented team. Viruet is now healthy but they lost Sergio Gonzalez for a few weeks.
