- Guatemala

Obviously, I don't expect you to do all of them, that would be a lot of work! Just do however many you want and feel free to have a lot of freedom with them. Include something like an animal from the country or a common emblem, whatever you want! As always, I love your work.

Sulphur Springs Spartans


Another old Texas team, the city was founded in 1855 because of its sulphur springs mineral waters just south of the city. Mineral water bath resorts were built and the resulting tourist industry helped the city to develop. The moniker was appropriate because the ancient Greek city of Thermopoli also had hot sulphur springs... Thermopoli is only a short distance from the site of the ancient city of Sparta...

Shawshank State Prison Baseball Team


Ran across a Shawshank Prison t-shirt design the other day and thought it would make a cool set... The logo is made from scratch but based on another design...

Temple Boll Weevils


Another old Texas team... The boll weevil is a cotton beetle that eats the boll of the cotton plant... Cotton plantations near the city sent cotton to city textile mills...
The artwork within the logo is taken from the Piedmont Boll Weevils...

An alternate cap, home and away jersey... The old Temple team may have spelled Boll Weevils as one word... At least that is how I found it referenced in the source I am using for these old Texas teams...

I just recently got back into OOTP this year, and decided to come here to find some logos and league ideas. I was both happy, and amazed that this thread is still going. I played an absolutely minuscule part in it, besides making the original spark, but it's incredible to see the amazing, and amazingly talented work contained in this thread!

I obviously don't expect you to do all of these (hell, I don't expect you to do any of them) but I'm doing a project that I figure might intrigue you and you might want to cherry pick here and there certain teams.

I'm working on creating a promotion/relegation Texas Baseball Federation that is seven tiers deep. The big cities like Houston, Dallas, San Antonio are in tier one, and small towns like Shiner, Sabinal, Bolivar, and Caddo Mills are in tier seven. Each tier has 20 teams.

Now, you've done many of the cities/towns in your Texas baseball series, but figure that if I toss all of these towns out there, you might be inspired to do more.

Whether you do 1 or all 140, your contribution is massively appreciated.

Tier 1:
