Hi Leroux,

I don't work for the company, but you might get a more efficient reply if you include some additional information. Chances are the first things someone from the company are going to ask you are PC or Mac, what version of Windows, what your computer specs are, etc, and if you put that in the original post, they'll be able to skip that step. They also might ask you to try uninstalling and re-installing the game to see if that solves it, so you might want to give that a shot right off the bat.

I hope they get your problem sorted out soon. As a long time customer talking to (I assume) a new customer, I wouldn't worry about them getting your situation resolved in due time.

Whilst playing OOTP 16 I regularly have two or three tabs open and when switching between them the game just goes completely white, The game doesn't crash as such but you can't close it unless you open task manager and end the process.

I was wondering if anyone out there has a solution to this bug or if this has been happening for other people as well?

My computer runs on Windows 7. I did try uninstalling and re-installing the game.
My computer has 4GB of ram and an Intel Core 2 Duo @ 3.00GHz processor.

I sent a ticket for this, but it's taking pretty long, not sure if I did it correctly.

In each player's profile stat page, when clicking through to the Batting Splits menu. Some stats seem to not be compiled correctly.

For example, Home and Road splits, it doesn't seem to account for all the at-bats (only a few at-bats, what happened to the rest of them?)

Also, Versus Left and Versus Right splits, it's only a small fraction of the player's total at-bats (what happened to the rest?)

There could be more missing, but I haven't checked.

Just to be clear, I'm talking about the Batting Split Tab next to the "Career Batting Stats tab" (not the view pull-up menu batting splits).

This is for version 16.3.16

The e-mails when you sign an international free agent who is assigned to the international complex still say that the international complex can be found on the Front Office screen. But it's been moved to the Rosters & Transactions screen, where everyone seems to agree it belongs.

So those e-mails need to be fixed.

When starting a fictional league, and then choosing historical teams, can you please have it pull in the right logos like it does when you just go through the create a historical league logic? I would think the logic would be exactly the same, so can this be something that can be implemented? Having to set them manually for a 50 team fictional/historical team league is a pain.

I'm just starting year three of a solo, off-line franchise, and suddenly trades are no longer processing. I've had this happen twice.

In both instances, with two different computer controlled teams, the computer controlled team accepted a trade and then it wouldn't process properly.

Trade 1:

I sent several draft picks and $1,000,000 in cash for a high first round draft pick.

Trade 2:

I sent a four players and a couple draft picks in exchange for a high first round draft pick and $20,000,000 in cash.

In both instances the cash changed hands. I had $1,000,000 deducted from my cash in trade 1 and received the $20,000,000 added in trade 2. In trade 1 my draft picks were transferred to the computer controlled team but their pick was not transferred to me. In trade 2 none of the draft picks changed hands. In trade 2 none of the players changed hands.

Also, my budget dropped substantially going into the third year. I have the "Make All Revenue Available" turned on. I finished year 2 with around $8,000,000 in cash and around $192,000,000 in revenue. My year 3 projected revenue is projected at $162,000,000 with a payroll of $128,500,000 and staff expenses of around $25,000,000 but my budget is set at $128,000,000.

Everything was running fine until the offseason between years 2 and 3 and then suddenly everything went haywire.

I imported a fictional league from 15 to 16. Having a problem with the wording on the Hall of Fame plaque for several players. Player is inducted as a pitcher, but the plaque lists his batting stats. I uploaded the file - United States Baseball Assoc 16. I apologize if this has already been reported, but I searched the forum and did not locate anything.

I'm doing all he asked and me but them says hes UNHAPPY with me he listed 3 things and all were done and still hes unhappy. And his long tern goal if for me to win a championship not in the next 5-6 years but 60 years.
he set that goal in 1960 and wants it done by 2020

I have updated my OOTP to version 16.3.16.

I am using a MacBook Pro - OS10.10.2

I am trying to play a quick start game imported from OOTP15. I created the quick start game in OOTP15. I imported the game into OOTP16.

Here is the issue... I start the game. Everything runs fine until "Opening Day." When the game tries to "simulate" opening day, it hangs up and crashes... every time... I've repeated this 8 times now and every time the world "ends" before opening day.

After the game crashes I get a very long error report with many lines of jargon and what I assume to be code. I've attached a .pdf file of the message.

What would cause this issue? Is there a "work around?" Did I do something incorrectly or miss one the instructions? Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

Not sure if this would technically be considered a bug, but:
SP Matt Harvey is willing to sign a 8 year/$80M deal out of the gate, Kris Bryant will sign a 9 year/$60M deal & Javier Baez will sign a 9 year/$50M deal (new 2015 game & offered realistic bonuses - $800K-1M for CY/MVP & $100-150K for AS). Those were just my initial offers, if you backed up the game first & tried to find their low point, who knows how cheap you could get them

Dunno if this affects it, but I started the game with the previous 16.2.whatever patch, but by the time I looked at locking these guys up I had upgraded to the 16.3.15 patch. Haven't touched any of the default financial settings

Yeh, it's buying out some FA years, but you're able to get them through their prime for what seems like much less than you should

Boston Americans sign Chicago Cubs' Mal Eason to extension dozens of times. I can't find where he ever played in the Boston organization.
Edit: Just noticed that all teams have signed Mal to multiple extensions.
Edit: Started a new historical game and Mal is back. Same thing. All teams signed him to extension 40+ times

Hey little help here, I thought this bug was fixed in patch 3 as I didn't see the magical Mr Unknown appear but 10 years into my league he and his brothers decided to invade AAA out of the blue.

Other than release them everytime (settings are fine, as I said year 10) can this be a bug that gets a look?

Note also this randomly happened a month into the season

Released them all, played a week went back to same screen and boom new Jim Unknowns are back in AAA again (this didn't happen in patch 2, once released they were gone for good)

Don't know if this has been reported yet...

Any time I get a pop-up window asking me to acknowledge it by clicking 'Cancel' or 'Ok', I can click on the buttons, but nothing happens. I can clear the window by hitting escape, but that is just as good as clicking cancel.

This happens on the Retail and Steam versions for OS X.

I'm running the game on a new 15" rMBP 2.4 GHz and have Yosemite updated to 10.10.3, but it was doing it on 10.10.2 as well.

Facegen creates a random face. You can modify it under "Editor" when in the specific player's screen. In my game Addison Russel was generated with a grey beard and hair. It's just random.

With patch 3 on windows 8.1 (1600x900 resolution) on the meet the team page, the personnel display, the "R" in reputation is not there in 'windowed mode' but it is there when in 'full screen'.

1st image is Windowed and 2nd is full screen mode
