Thank you for the idea Bear.
HENRY PERLICK LW
Hometown - Kalamazoo, Michigan, USA 7(3)-19-5 Like his twin brother Herman, Henry Perlick was a professional opponent. He didn't have quite the chin or durability that Herman possessed, but Henry did face a number of top flight boxers. Those he lost to include Barney Ross, Billy Townsend, Joe Glick, Buster Brown and Kid Berg. Henry beat Harry Kahn on points in 1929 and scorred a TKO victory over a washed up Charlie White (former World Lightweight Champ) who should not have been in the ring.

Another from the professional opponent ranks
WILLIE CHEATUM WW
Hometown - Newark, New Jersey, USA 9(2)-29-13 Cheatum debuted in 1937 with a one round TKO to Ruby Goldstein. Over the next 12 years, Willie carved out a career fighting eight and ten rounders against far more talented boxers such as Jackie Graves, Freddie Dawson, Saverio Turiello, Norment Quarles, Bernie Miller and others. His grit shows in the number of draws and decision losses on his resume, Cheatum was stopped four times in 51 bouts including the opener with Goldstein.

GENE "Honey Bear" BRYANT MW
Hometown - Tucson, Arizona, USA 35(13)-28-6 Bryant was a better boxer than his record might indicate. He fought Denny Moyer four times (once for the NABF Middleweight Title); although Moyer took all four bouts, Bryant pushed Moyer to the final bell each time. Gene won decisions over Nate Williams, Ron Wilson and Hilario Morales. His ten round draw with Mexican great Gaspar Ortega in 1964 may be the most impressive bout of his career.

Could someone please post Bob Fitzsimmon's ratings for the game as a MW, LHW and HW. I seemed to have destroyed them.
Thanks, Austin |

MOE MOSS MW
Born - United Kingdom 4(0)-8-1 Moss fought only 13 times from 1929 to 1938. He faced some stiff competition including Freddie Mills, Tommy Martin and Billy Bird accounting for his poor record and five career stopage losses.

TAR BABY DAY (Lewis Warren) MW
Born - Jacksonville, Florida, USA 21(8)-26-3 Lewis Warren used the ring name of "Tar Baby Day". The name is obviously unacceptable by today's standards and even though Warren grew up in the South during the depression it is a surprising ring name given that he fought virtually his whole career in Europe. That aside, Day was a tough journeyman that posed a threat to any of the more talented opponents that he faced. Day was stopped once in fifty pro bouts and that came at the close of his career against Max Resch in Germany. The scrappy middleweight beat Garth Panter, Otis Graham, Sammy Walker, Dick Turpin and Albert Finch. He drew with Omar Kouidri and fought in decision losses to Robert Villemain, Fernando Jannilli, Pierre Langlois, Gustav Scholz, Charles Humez and Andre Drille. Day came home to America briefly in 1951 and 1952 where he put together a 5-2 record. Although he didn't fare as well in Europe, that was where he staged 43 of his 50 bouts.

HERB BISHOP LW
Hometown - Richmond, Victoria, Australia 71(25)-46-12; 1 NC This busy Australian fought 130 bouts over a ten year career. He won the Australian Lightweight title in 1934 with a thirteenth round knockout over Jimmy Kelso. He defended once before losing the belt to Alf Blatch the following year. Bishop lost bouts to Billy McAllister, Phil Zwick, Jack Carroll and Kid Covelli. He and Seattle transplant Tod Morgan fought eight times over a six year period with Morgan winning six, Bishop one as well as one no decision bout. Besides the handful of title bouts and Mr. Morgan, Bishop's record is littered with a parade of stiffs. EDIT: Bishop also beat Joe Ghnouly who is rated a four. That seems like a fluke outcome to me. Ghnouly was a world away from Bishop in talent; he beat Joyce, Morgan and a number of other quality fighters. Broke Al Foreman's nose and had a title shot at WW against Armstrong. I overlooked the Ghnouly fight when I rated Bishop but I think that may be ok as the bout appears to be an outlier. Now that I have looked at Ghnouly though, that four rating looks off a bit - does anybody else have an opinion on his rating?
