18-9 in June.


18 wins is our 2nd most but 9 losses is our most. We played great when healthy but struggled without Tigger and with some of the changes i made.



July has 12 road games and 12 Home games. We start off with our final road games with Pontiac for that series, then go to Highland for 3. They are improved but under .500. then go to Gotham City for 4 and they can be pesky at times. Then 3 @ Willowbrook. We have a comfortable lead over them so i might experiment a bit during that series. Off day then come home for 3 vs Madison before the all star break. after the break we host Gotham City & Pontiac for 3 a piece before hosting Endor City for 3. so that 9 moderately tough games there. We end the month with 1 game of a 3? game series @ Atlantis.


i am hoping for a 17-7 record.


Mathewson & Otani have been our best SP so far this season. big Train seems to be pitching better since coming off of the DL. Lurte & Stupec are good but will struggle at times.


Club, Evans & Kurota are our best MR/SU

Nokleby has been ok thus far and Jackman struggled badly in June but he is still my CL. Toiguchi was bad and is getting worse. Ramos might go down in favor of Field or Morales soon.



Kai had a bad June since coming over and Hoffman played great while he was injured. He is still better than her vs RHP so for now he remains the starter. She starts vs LHP where she is now hitting .280.


Humbert, Young, Kat, Benz, Tugger, Kournikova, Bremer & Johnson all did great in June. Scott, Eidsvag, Russell either struggled or did just ok.


Kat led the team in WAR in June despite hitting just .258. Humbert hit 9 HR. Young hit 8.



Mathewson, Otani, Walter Johnson, Stupec, Kurota, Evans, Club all did great in June. i guess that contradicts what i said earlier to a degree.

Middleton is still in 1st place and several players will most likely come up in September. Tarlac is possible but Fitzsimmons, Mox, Morales, Tomkins, Field & Nikolo.


New Chicago is a .500 team but there are several players that could be at Middleton next year. Bazin, Henderson, Dominguez, MacMurdoch & Bijl.


Ackbar is 16 games under .500 but they have some potential stars here. Pal, Timar, Rusyl, Beatty, Tiger, Hughes.


Bremer is the only player left without an Error. Tugger leads the team in E at 6, which is really good. Juan was our best defensive player, now its Kat. Hoffman improved behind the plate with more PT.

While this Scots squad looks better and much improved, this team will be scary good in 2-3 seasons. They have the #1 minor league system and have a ton of offensive players on the horizon. 3b Derry Maine 7 Cf Chicago Tribune are the best of them and both will be top 10 players in the AL. As for this team they have some good players that will help the young players in the near future. Rf Juan Valdez is quietly becoming a star. 3b Eric Lester is a solid starter. Ss Robbie DeMortini, when healthy is a great role player. Cf Ray Lyon is a solid player. 2b Andy Bradley is a good speedster.


The rotation wont see any help for some time but Renard & Key are good SP. Nick Buffalo is already a premier SU.


New players:
Cf Motoyuki Taniguchi - solid role player in a platoon with Lyon.
Ss Cooper Coutts - a good rookie that can play 7 positions, although SS is by far his best.
RP Raul Gonzales - a journeyman MR
RP Edward Sherwood - Acquired from Pontiac this season, he gives extra LHP support.

We are 4-3 vs the Batmen this season.


While we have a winning record vs Gotham City, they are the closest in terms of W/L. We having dominated Atlantis & Pontiac this season. I think we are 5-2 vs Willowbrook. I'll know more on Monday.


The Batmen are just treading water at this point. Yes, they have a ton of talent but the majority of their players are past their prime and they dont have a great minor league, so help is not coming from there soon. Young players like C Rob Burns & 3b Lando Sackett have helped. They supplement their team via free agency and some players like 1b Sergio Gonzalez & Cf Jon Hicks have helped but it's just not enough.



They are lower half in offense and more or less middle of the pack for pitching.
