It's a known bug, but we haven't been able to isolate the cause. However, it's relatively easy to fix: exit the game, then go to your save's \graphics\player_pics folder and delete all the files in it. Then restart, and the game will regenerate all the pictures, and they should be back to normal.

Is this something I should have to do everytime I start the game? As of now, I'm having to.

When you click on "FHM6" at the top of this screen, it says the game is on sale for $9.99. But when you click on "Web Store" to buy it, it says the price is $19.99.

What is the actual price?

EDIT: Never mind. Now it says "Off Season $19.99."

Is there a way in fhm6 that with commish mode on I can manually enter a trade where theirs contract retention or is that not a thing in fhm6

Does powerplay minute split actually work according to the lines? I've tried all kinds of variations like 50/50 split with extremes such as PP1 getting 1% and PP2 getting 99% but the end minutes don't change with PP1 getting around 60 to 70%+ by the end of the season.

Could it be to do with who was on the ice before the power play?

So in my save i was doing all of the most recently signings.... When i hit calculator to average out the new deal i get a -1 for AAV and was just wondering why is that? am i doing something wrong

Try editing the contract, hitting save, then the Calc button. I think it needs the new values saved before it'll calculate properly.

Sometimes that fixes it and then next time I load it's back to being messed up. This is almost a game killer.

I can’t get the PP minute split to work ever in my saves. No matter what at the end of the season it’s always the first unit getting 70-75% and the second getting the balance of the ice time.

The FHM6 manual refers to Game Fatigue and Shift Fatigue bars that can be viewed during stoppages in game play via the "Lines" box. I don't see these bars (blue for Shift Fatigue, green for Game Fatigue) when play stops and I click the box for "Lines."

I only see the roster on the left, and the composition of each line on the right. I assume this lets me change individual players in the lines.

How do you see the fatigue bars?

Turn on Game Stoppages in the Options menu. The fatigue bars will appear whenever the play stops.

I'm not sure contract slide works correctly in some cases for European players. I'll explain the situation, but correct me if I'm wrong.
Drafted Alexander Johansson in 2022, then signed him right before his rights expire on June 25, 2026. He was signed to a one-year deal. After five days, he was a free agent and left the team.
Signed undrafted Anton Andersson on June 27, 2026 to a three-year contract. In this case I'm pretty sure his contract would slide on July 1st, yet in the new season, he has only two years left on his deal.
If it makes any difference, I signed both off their SHL teams, not as free agents.
