By the way bear, it was nice of your Unstable Bears to let the Bald Beavers set all of those new UTBA records.
Alas, this is the plight of an expansion team.

I think that might have been the first time I've had a fighter ranked at the top of the whole division overall. Way to go Edwin.

Very pleased with Becerra and Chitalada. Not much to cheer about above lightweight. Elmer Ray is the only guy doing anything. Adamick might steal a few but I've got a lot of holes to plug.

Two overall leaders this round sweetness, my lower weight guys are clutch they saved my last match and really are the reason for all the success the Muckboys have had in the UTBA.

Bear: Well Becerra and Chitalada are a pretty soild base to built around espically with the success their having while only beginners.

I'm not sure what to expect. All of my gaming has involved retired prime fighters up until now. The effects of the various stages is all new to me.

What I liked about Becerra was that he has oustanding power coupled with some defensive skill.

Well, truthfully Bear I don't really know much about career stages myself aside from the fact that they can play a big role in a fight.

Yeah, I just checked out Becerra and yeah I'm thinking he's going to do great in the league. Kind of wish I had him on my team, that was a hell of a good pickup.

Even though ...

... I have two eights and a nine in the light/feather/bantam divisions (Art Aragon, Ruben Olivares and Gilberto Roman), none shows up among the division leaders, let alone conference. Meanwhile, Khaokor Galaxy starts out 0-4, Vito Antuofermo finally wins twice and is suddenly ranked in the toughest division. Strange stuff.

I am at a loss to explain the relative success of Jiro Takada on my team.

Strange days and boxing have always gone hand-in-glove.

His success is pretty suprising especially since the Silver confedence has a much overall stronger group of Flys in it. I think cats like Jiro are going to be really important in this league, being able to fine lower rated guys who can be successful is a huge advantage.

Martin Vargas 7-8-3 (6) - 8 PTS (Juggernaut) - A very unexpected points leader in the silver conference at this time.
