These skyline logos are fantastic! LOVE the Chicago Cubs one (naturally) and the Brooklyn Dodgers especially. Excellent work on those!

Looking for some help building a team. Springfield Hat Cats. Would be something with a Dr. Seuss hat with a Cursive Springfield written over it. Any help would be appreciated. Including a few images for reference.
If possible a jersey and caps also. If too much, it is okay, thank you!

Tex do you have any modern Cleveland Buckeye (from the NAL) jerseys and logos? If not can i get a few sets, evolution of jerseys and logos. It's for my MLB vs EBL league replacimg the Indians.

Could I get one jersey and cap for a team called the Potros. It's for a minor league team. theres not one in the Nickname Project and i cant find a font that matches the one on the logo.

Texas City Stars 1977

I have been meaning to make this set for a while now, since this is my birthplace and lived there until 2001... I saw the cap being made by Ebbet's Flannels and they posted this neat article...

The 1977 Texas City StarsFew things can attract a bizarre collection of drifters and roughnecks like seaports, oil rigs, and independent minor league baseball. Welcome to Texas City, Texas, in 1977.

The small town in Galveston County on Texas’s Gulf Coast is home to one of the country’s biggest ports, one of its largest oil refineries, and for one summer in ‘77, the Texas City Stars of the Class-A Lone Star League.

The Stars were owned by Van Schley, who at the time was an avant-garde artist with work on exhibit at Houston’s Contemporary Art Museum. Schley had an idea of running a baseball team as a sort of weird art project, and came across Texas City while spending time in Houston.

To manage the club, Schley hired Dirty Al Gallagher, who in 1970 had become the first ever native San Franciscan to play for the San Francisco Giants. Gallagher went on to play four seasons total in the Major Leagues, three with the Giants and one with the California Angels. When he became skipper of the Stars, he was therefore the only man on the roster with big league experience, and would often insert himself into both the lineup and pitching rotation, depending on what was needed.

Serving under Gallagher as assistant coach and bullpen catcher was a bona fide cowboy-poet named Red Shuttleworth. Shuttleworth has written numerous works including an epic poem on Johnny Ringo -- whose gang notoriously fought Wyatt Earp and Doc Holiday at the O.K. Corral -- that received an award as the best Western poem in 2013. However, one of Shuttleworth’s wilder tales might be a story he told to Fox Sports from his time in Texas City.

After a practice on a hot July day, Shuttleworth and other members of the Stars had just stepped out of the ballpark to walk to the 7-11 to grab a few refreshments when a full blown limousine pulls up in front of them. Out of the limousine steps none other than Bill Murray, who was a friend of Schey and had just started working on Saturday Night Live. Murray gets out of the limousine, throws his New York Yankees cap to the ground and yelled, “**** Billy Martin! I’m here to play baseball, and if anybody doesn’t like it, I will fight him for his job!”

However, Saturday Night Live was so young at the time that none of the Texas City players knew who Murray was. They really worried this crazy guy in his limousine was there to take someone’s job.
