Since the last patch for V2007 has not come out yet, I have begun researching new players for the 1911 season.
I really would like to play about 20 seasons in the AAA. I think it can be done. I just won't revise lineups and pitching rotations 3-4 times a year, like I have done in the past. That will take a lot of the work out of it. I will probably just do a yearly write-up, too. That should speed things up, too. |

Bad news for the Alltime Allstar Association.
My hard drive died. No backup. Sorry for my stupidity. ![]() It really is history now. Nothing could be salvaged. But it was really fun while it lasted. I will now switch fulltime to the Ruthlandian-Tycobbian league. And backup often. |

Eugene,
Sorry to learn of the demise of the Alltime Allstar Association. I truly enjoyed following the league (even though the White Sox never amounted to much). I can empathize with you. My All-American Baseball League college dynasty suffered a similiar fate. It was my favorite league, but now you have to move on. Best wishes with your new endeavors!

My, Oh, My!
That last post by batted balls was 19 years ago. Time really flies when you are having lots of fun on the OOTP Forums and don't know what you're doing! It is good to reminisce a little bit... I really enjoyed re-reading about the All-Time All-Star Association. I was a much better writer back them. I really enjoyed covering this league. It was only 16 teams to cover --- that is the perfect league as far as I am concerned. Seeing all the good guys that posted comments and opinions was good, too: dbacks, who taught me to post a screenshot and helped me get a website. I think he was 15 at the time. knuckler, who provided me with great MLB logos for the league... back then I didn't know how to post screenshots... jdew did me great uniforms for the league. I don't know why I didn't show them. I didn't use graphics in this league. I did a poor job of posting the stats, but I did get better as the seasons went by. However, eventually, you could access the league stats on the website. Good to see again the names of Cuss, Yoda55, GForce, batted balls, DreamTeams, reds1, cknox0723, seth70liz76, HolyCow98, Fidel Montoya (created a website for me to post league stats), enuttage, illeracula, Faroo6, echolodge, Henry (Big City), TeflonSkies and Jestor. Yoda95 use to do an annual Top 10 Dynasty Review. He would pick his Top 10 Dynasties on the Dynasty Report Forum. I think I made 9th or 10th place a few times with the All-Time All-Star Association and the Islandian Pro Alliance. Yoda95 did a very good job in his annual thread. I was very proud to make his list. Henry (Big City) and TeflonSkies created wonderful 2D stadiums for the OOTP Community back then. knuckler, reds1, Cuss, Faroo6 and illeracula did marvelous logos for my IPA that I still use. I just noticed that Babe Ruth's twin brother, George Ruth, played for the Boston Red Sox.... I had forgotten I did that so Babe could be a pitcher and a hitter, too. There was no way to do that in OOTP6.5.
