while we are off to a solid start, we have issues that I am attempting on addressing. Anna for as reat of a hitter that she is is atrocious on D and already have 5 E. I DFA'd Tim Milton in the hopes that someone claims him. If no one does and he does not accept a minor league assignment then I will try something else. i called up SS Rum Tum Tugger and since then the defense has settled down. Anna looks great in LF. I do sacrifice Hal in the OF but he might be more valuable as a backup.


The rotation has been great except for Nesta. Medina might be our ace this season. Toiguchi has been fantastic as has Johnson & Field.

We have 3 @ Panasonic, who should be a division contender then 3 vs Cloud City we wont be a division contender.


Player Spotlight
SS Rum Tum Tugger R/R #4
Rum is back up and hopefully will be for the entire season. Gives me a consistent glove at SS and now can play both 2b and some 3b. He is probably a .265 25 HR 70 RBI guy over a full season. His BB-K ratio should be solid. With him and Kool Kat as friends for the last 12 years I would love a double play combo of Tugger & Kat. They are similar to Bremer & Johnson.


Stupec, Diamond & Li all look great so far at AAA.


Most of our great talent is at AAA and not at AA.

The Dragons should compete with Bird City for the division and with Willowbrook & Endor City for the AL Wildcard. Very good rotation and above average bullpen. Solid offense with Davis, Kelton, Hernandez, Shill & Jussim.

Cloud City has new uniforms for the 1st time in several seasons and they are fantastic. As for the on field team, they have many injuries and would be better if they were healthy. Their rotation is bad after Lincoln. Thie pen has fallen off a bit as well but is around average. Their offense is good but perhaps not great. Frank Sullivan takes over at 2b for Jesus Valentin. Charles, Packer, Rivera, Rubble & Lyric are all very good.

We have a 2 game set in Skywalker then 4 at Willowbrook to end the month. So our final 6 games will be really tough.


Medina pitched great in his 1st 2 starts, so I moved him to be the #4 SP then he got somewhat rocked. Nesta has not been good. Hernandez, Lurte & Jag have been good. The pen has been great overall.

Mighty Joe was named AL POTW. Anna, Tigger, Hal & Bobby all had a great week.


Middleton is under .500 right now.Milton accepted a demotion which pushed Hanson to AA.


Fire have a had a few rainouts.

Nick Sullivan & Cinnamon's hard work is finally paying off. While Sullivan has not drafted all of the future stars for Skywalker, he does have faith in their ability. Great rotation of Rocket, Linzie & Lindon. Machavelli looks like he will be solid. CL Weider is among the leagues best. Offense is very good, although they lack a speedster leadoff hitter but rookie C Scrooge McDuck should hit for high average. Leghorn, Hyde, Edwards, Simpson, Sullivan & Thompson are about as good as Corvair, Ford & Brandywine.
