do any of these files have the correct historical leader boards in them? I would like to start a solo 2007 league but I cannot bring myself to do ti w/o those, and so far all of the ones I have downloaded do not have the correct ones.

Having a weird problem w/Melo's roster. When I play a game on SION broadcast, the scoreboard is blank the entire game. Sometimes the background photo of the field doesnt show up.

Anyone know whats wrong or how to help?

Likewise. Is that fixible?

Also, I believe I had it after I downloaded Cubby's and tried running that...not sure, though. I did add leagues to Melo's (2 indies and 2 Asian leagues).

Turn scouting off to get round that problem. I think there's an issue with scouting.dat

If you send me a PM with your email addresses, I can send you a blank scouting.dat (it's not blank in terms of being a zero-length file) but blank in terms of records. You can then run a SISA rescout and populate it correctly.

can't we just get a roster somewhere that has everything working properly with all the right logos, uniforms and such???....that doesn't require constant tweaking!! Is it realy that much to ask of the mod makers?

This is one of the things that is going to be addressed apparently with OOTP9 (I think battists has staked his life on it - maybe paraphrased slightly there).

It's not something that people like Cubbyfan etc can do overnight. Bizarrely enough I think the current release worked fine for some people and not for others, but then if you fix it for the people it's not working for it can cause other problems. NomarHits400 made a variation of Cubby's that didn't have some of Cubby's problems but had some new ones.

Of course anybody is free to make their own roster mods and if you find something that you don't think is quite right, then you can modify it and release it yourself.

So, I did what I was supposed to do, and still got the error. So, when can I have scouts on?

Hmmm. That always fixed the error on the 31st January for me. Maybe this is a different problem to the scouting one on the 31st January.

I did a little experimenting Jordan

I activated Scouting until just before the end of the month (January), deactivated it before the end of the month when it saved the game.

Re-activated it at the start of February and it has been on ever since without any error messages and dumping me out of the game, try that.

I am going with that course of action - if it dumps me out later then I will report back.
