I just started playing my own league. I've spotted a couple of interesting guys in the draft that I thought I'd mention. 1B-Samuel Barry - great speed for a 1B, decent PH-PR player. Good very late round pick. 1B-Robt Dewitt - a younger Samuel Barry SS-Homer Simpson - he's worth drafting for the name alone. "Strike three! DOH!" Don't lose track of some of the good long relievers: Henry Brownell, Fred Anderson, Ramon Holmes, Sam Shannon, (closer) Richard Grindle. Actually, I've got them as starters and I consider myself lucky if they last to the 7th. All-purpose E.P. Taylor - 2B, SS, LF, CF, RF, and even 3B in a pinch. Good speed. Great bench guy to have and can be gotten late in the draft. MR-Albert Fowler - good young player that could be molded into pretty much anything. Good pitching potentials as well as good hitting potentials. Anyone I missed? |

GREAT! Let me know how it goes for you. Keep an eye on good old Mike Eagles and let me know how he does in your alternate dimension.

Very nice....
I really admire the work done on the English-styled heraldric logos. Really well done, Bobble! If I ever get around to doing another fictional league, I will strongly consider using them as a starting point.
