Who wants to try 8 old-time logos for the UBA? - Page 4

And number two, these screen shots have shown the logos I did for 6 of the teams. The stlye is a little different and as you can see they fit pretty will with my game skin, but they may not with yours. So use as you see fit. If you would like logos for the other two teams in this style let me know and I would be happy to do them.

All the logos done by everyone really logo great and have given my ideas for new things to try.

Nice work on Elmira Pioneers...but it may be too modern.

The team is Cincinnati Pioneers (go to Henry's site).

He requested logos circa 1900's initially, then said later he would update the logos as the years past...so it was ok to do various versions showing how the logos would evolve over time.

I was going for an Art Deco look, something appropriate for the 30s-50s. I wasn't too happy with that font but it's the best I could do at the moment, being still at work.

#2 is the one I like best...the colors are excellent...nice design...and it's easy to read...will probably show up well in the game.

Cleaned up the Bridegroom one with Old English, and another font that i thought matched better with the colors.

Hi guys,

I'm going to try tonight to put together a small table of those logos I like the best so far for the UBA. That won't mean I've made up my mind necessarily, but it will show which ones are still needed - or give you something to work with if you think you have a better idea.

I can't express to you how much I appreciate your hard work. Even for those logos I do not pick, it certainly isn't because your work isn't appreciated

This could make for a good '50s-style logo. Someone else should do the lettering.

Let me try the table this way.... if it works, it will be in four parts (since I had to use the attachment option). The logos run left to right time-wise... and questions marks represent logos I have nothing for. I've included a couple I've been playing with (and not too happy with) but this pretty much summarizes where I'm at I think.

If you have posted something recently and it's not here, it might just mean I built the table before I saw your logo.
