Sure does not help to find a grip on the Red Bull's pure performance. But it surely looked like Max found the sweet spot and dragged the car beyond it's natural performance once again.

Ye this one was frustrating to watch. You look at it and think, this McLaren must be faster. Is has to be faster. Yet, they somehow manage to fudge it up.

Unfortunately, the F1 Manager series by UK-based Fronteir Developments was discontinued last November.

I will have to pick up the latest on Steam when it goes on deep sale. I have a feeling when their license expires, they will delist all the games from the series off all platforms.

F1 Manager 24 is on sale via Steam for around 12 Euros for anyone who is interested.


The F1 25 game where you actually drive the cars seems to have some upgrades. But I will wait on it a bit to see how it is and catch it on sale in late summer or early fall

I was just about to praise Yuki and how he finally looks to be settling in the Red Bull, but then he has a brain fart and wrecks at the end of FP2.

Note that little Kimi also cut the chicane and then immediately dropped behind the Ferrari again (whichever it was).

What happened to Lando? Like, more stupid errors than Sir Lancelot this season, and then his overtakes in the final corner on Sir Lewis, only to get re-overtaken with DRS on the frontstraight several laps in a row. I didn’t know he had a lobotomy between China and Japan. Also, the white line violation… So he couldn’t even stop mucking up during an otherwise neat recovery drive.

Benz were woeful and murdering their tires, apparently. And Sir Lewis was somehow even further behind.

Ossie takes the points lead, but let him appear actually threatening and Dutch Max will start to run him into the bushes every chance he gets…
