Where's the rainout patch?!?

I should clarify, I play in a home dome and haven't seen any in my team's road games thus far, so a far smaller sample size than certainly what you laid out. I'm just spitballing because the posts make it seem like I should have seen 5 out of 6 road games be rained out or something.

The trouble is people are not posting good data, but just snippets or impressions. It's hard to properly quantify the issue without solid numbers on what OOTP is doing.

Are games rained out before they start or only after they start? If before, then maybe it rained so much people couldn't get to the ball park.

Well, I would think a game gets postponed before it starts, whereas if it stars raining after the game starts that would result in a rain delay. Does OOTP actually do it that way? Don't know.
