Unfortunately, it seems our backend provider has all sorts of issues. We have contacted their support and hope they can sort this out soon. Sorry for the inconvenience!

Had the same - after a couple of attempts was able to log in. Unable to get into game though due to server overload.

Log in is fine for me. But I am getting the "Could Not Find Team" message and then it tries "Updating Team Graphics" but nothing is happening after that....

I got in and was able to start opening packs, but only managed to get through three of them and have been on "Waiting for server" for about ten minutes. Will anything go horribly wrong if I close out of the program?

It's really unfortunate OOTP was forced to change the server platform they already knew worked. Having lived through two mergers in my career, it's always the new guys that want to do something new and different, and screw up what works in the process.

I get email already in use when I try to register, but if I just try to login I get a bad gateway message

Frustrated.

I am the type of guy who checks the forums regularly, been a loyal OOTP user for a few years now, but I've never felt the urge to make an account on here to post and sound like an old cranky boomer. Until now. I’m sure any of the OOTP devs are feeling the same way at the moment and I know complaining isn't going to resolve the issue but I just had to get this off my chest - It is really frustrating having to deal with delay after delay after delay. I understand if the backend provider is giving you trouble, delay the release of the game - but surely you don't have to keep getting my hopes up on a daily/hourly basis and letting me down every time. Giving us one date and delivering on that date would be ideal. Sorry in advance for this one Markus and co.

I can log in but get "Could not sync players. Please retry".

I guess it's the same issue, but a different error :-)

Just wanted to make it clear that I know it's gonna come off as very complainy and that I know it's out of their control, but I just need to get it off my chest. Didn't know the disrespectful internet post police was on patrol in this forum.

A-friggin-MEN

Haven't been this irked as a paying customer since Cyberpunk 2077 launch, I would have rather another delay post today than pretending to be unaware that the new back-end server wasn't ready.

Only Cyberpunk was a new AAA game and this is a series that I've invested probably close to a grand into over the last 18 years...

I am so disappointed I bought this game on launch purely for Perfect Team, as my online leagues aren't making the switch yet.

As a developer I'm conflicted as I wholeheartedly agree with the "give it time" support seen in this thread, but I am entirely justified in my shared disappointment as today's issues were definitely known... It is near impossible that they weren't aware of these issues if it was tested for conflicts before launching the update.
